Full Reward Redemption
To redeem an eligible reward.
Loyalty members can redeem rewards from the loyalty dashboard, provided they have the required points to spend. Once the reward is redeemed, the member will receive a gift card redemption link via their registered email ID and in the rewards history list on the loyalty dashboard.
Upon receiving the gift card link from Tango, member can make purchases on the Tango site based on the reward 's dollar value in exchange for the points spent.
Partial Reward Redemption
To partially redeem eligible rewards.
Loyalty members can redeem rewards from the loyalty dashboard. The platform shows the points required to redeem the reward.
Once the reward is redeemed, member will receive a gift card redemption link on their registered email ID and in the rewards history list on the loyalty dashboard.
Member can redeem the reward partially and view the used versus unused amount.
Upon receiving the gift card link from Tango, member can make a purchase on the Tango site using the equivalent dollar value based their points.
For example, if the reward value is $100, the member can redeem $50 initially and then redeem the remaining $50 later.
Send Gift Card Redemption Link via Email.
To email the Tango gift card redemption link multiple times.
Loyalty members can redeem rewards from the loyalty dashboard based on the required points needed to redeem them.
Once a reward is redeemed, the member will receive a gift card redemption link on their registered email ID and in the rewards history list on the loyalty dashboard.
The reward link can also be accessed from the member’s email ID and the loyalty dashboard.
Upon receiving the gift card link from Tango, a member can make a purchase on the Tango platform based on the reward dollar value associated with the points spent.
If the reward link is unavailable, the member can view an option in the claimed reward list to resend the redemption link for claiming the reward.
