Summary
- The Manual Points Report provides detailed information on all points that have been credited or debited manually from the member’s account.
- This report provides information such as a member's email address, action Id, the number of loyalty points credited or debited manually, the reason for manually entering points into the member’s account, and the date of the manual entry.
Navigation: Reports > Manual Points Report

Search: Allows users to retrieve the list of members with details of points credited or debited manually based on search criteria.
Date range: Allows users to enter from date and to date to retrieve the report based on the selected date range.- Select Action: Select a valid option from the drop-down list to retrieve the report based on the type of action.
- Reason: Enter the valid reason in the text box to retrieve the report based on the reason for manually credited or debited points.
- Context Text: Allows users to retrieve the report based on specific criteria such as Member Email, Reason, or Admin email.

Adjust Points: Using this feature, users can either credit or debit the points from a member's account.
By manually adjusting a member's points, the member's account will be credited or debited based on the manual points adjustment reason.
Click Adjust Points, and the following adjust points pop-up appears.

The Adjust Points pop-up displays the following fields:
- User ID: Enter the member ID or non-member ID.
- Manual Points: Enter the points that need to be credited to or debited from a member’s account.
- Select Reason: Select the reason for the point adjustment.
- Other Reason: If none of the reasons in the Select Reason drop-down fit, enter a free-text reason for the point adjustment. You do not have to fill out both Reason fields.
- Opt-In Non Members: By default, it is OFF.
OFF:
- When a user enters a non-member ID in the User ID field and the Opt-In Non Members tab is OFF then it throws an error message as "User does not exist".
- When a user enters an existing member ID in the User ID field and the Opt-In Non Members tab is OFF then it credits or debits the points to the existing member ID.
ON:
- When a user enters a non-member ID in the User ID field and the Opt-In Non Members tab is ON, it creates a new member ID, and points are also credited or debited manually.
- When a user enters an existing member ID in the User ID field and the Opt-In Non Members tab is ON then it credits or debits the points to the existing member ID.

Export: The data can be exported in the Make an Excel request. By using the Make an Excel request option, the admin can get the report data through the mail.
- Click on the Make an Excel request option, you will get the popup window display, then enter the admin mail id.
- The link is delivered to the entered mail id then click on the link and download the report data in Excel format.
Note:
- We've enhanced the "Make an Excel Request" functionality to help clients download the filtered data from the platform.
- Users will get access to the downloaded data for 24 hours after receiving the client's email message.
- If the data has more than one lakh, for example, two lakhs in a row, then it will split the data into two different files. We will be getting two sets of data with this information, and files get automatically zipped.

The following are the fields in the exported manual points report:
- Date: The date the manual points were credited or debited.
- User ID: The unique identifier for the member receiving or having their points modified.
- Action ID: The unique identifier for the action that triggered the manual points adjustment.
- Earned Points: The number of points earned for the member.
- Type: The type of points adjustment (e.g., credit, debit).
- Reason: The reason for the manual points adjustment.
- Admin Email: The email address of the administrator who performed the points adjustment.
- Opt-In Status: Indicates whether the member has opted into the loyalty program (Yes) or opted out (No).
