Summary
- The liability report enables members to view all the pending liabilities over a period.
- The liability report displays the number of points are still active to be redeemed by the customers.
- Members used to track every loyalty user's activity points.
Report Options
Navigation : Report > Liability Report.

The liability report enables members to search the report by filtering Date range, ID, Name, Email, Select Action Id, Select Optin-Status and Content Text.
Date: Select the particular date range to filter the required information.
ID: Enter user identification number
Name: Enter to search the name of the user
Select Action Id: Select the Standard Action from the drop-down list, which displays both the action ID and action name.
Select Optin-Status: Choose the opt-in status Yes or No as required.
Content Text: Search the matched text in the report
Export: Navigation : Export > Make An Excel Request.

The data can be exported in the Make an excel request. By using the Make an excel request option the admin can get the report data through mail.
- Click on the Make an excel request option, you get the popup window display, then enter admin mail id.
- The link is delivered to the entered mail id and click on the link and download the report data in excel format.
Note:
- We've enhanced the "Make an Excel Request" functionality to help clients download the filtered data from the platform.
- Users will get access to the downloaded data for 24 hours after receiving the client's email message.
- If the data has more than one lakh, for example, two lakhs in a row, then it will split the data into two different files. We will be getting two sets of data with this information, and files get automatically zipped.

The following are the fields in the exported liability report:
- Name: The name of the person who performed the loyalty actions.
- User ID: The unique identifier for the member.
- Email: The email address of the member who performed the loyalty actions.
- Ending Balance: The points remaining up to the End Date selected in the Date Range filter.
- Lifetime Points: The total sum of points earned throughout the member's lifetime in the loyalty program.
- Earned Points: The points earned by the member within the specified date range.
- Redeemed Points: The total number of points redeemed by the member within the date range.
- Redemption Credit: Points credited back to the member if they redeemed points for an order but later returned it, associated with action ID 154.
- Returned Points: The total number of points returned by the member within the date range.
- Debit Points: The number of points deducted from the member's account, typically associated with action ID 100.
- Expired Points: The total points that have expired, linked to Action ID 106 (Points Expiration) and Action ID 192 (Member Inactive) within the specified date range.
- Current Balance: The remaining points in the member's account as of the current date.
- Opt-In-Status: Indicates whether the member has opted in (Yes) or opted out (No) of the loyalty program.

| Redemption Credit | If a user redeemed points against any order but later returned the same, then the points that user had used for the redemption should be credited back to the same user against action ID 154 (redemption credit) |
| Returned Points | Total number of points returned within the date range. |
| Debit Points | Number of points deducted from the users account against action id 100. |
| Expired Points | The total sum of expired points associated with Action ID 106 (Points Expiration) and Action ID 192 (Member Inactive) within the specified date range. |
