Summary

The moderation feature in Annex Cloud simplifies the process of ensuring that User Generated Content aligns with your brand standards while addressing consumer inquiries effectively.

Designed to foster collaboration, the dashboard allows you to establish a moderate workflow and use tags to direct customer complaints to the appropriate team. You can even respond to customers directly from the dashboard. Additionally, to streamline the moderation process, you can set permission levels and track audit trails for improved oversight.

Before accessing the Moderation report, ensure that the Enable Image Moderation flag is activated in the UI settings of the ratings and reviews templates.

Report Navigation

Navigation: Products > Ratings and Reviews > Ratings and Reviews Templates

Note: If multiple templates exist, select the first one at the bottom of the list. Click the edit button for this template, and under the UI settings tab, enable the Enable Image Moderation flag. This action will activate the functionality. Enabling the flag for any template other than the first one at the bottom will not activate the feature.

Click the edit button for the first template at the bottom of the list.

Under the UI settings tab, enable the Enable Image Moderation flag and click Save.

Navigate to the Ratings and Reviews report section.

Navigation: Reports > Ratings and Reviews > Moderation

The Moderation report displays the following sections.

• Product: Displays the product image, name, recorded ratings, and associated date.
• Review Helpful: Indicates whether the comment was marked as helpful: Yes or No. Users can submit reviews with images.

Admins have three options for managing images:

• Approve: The image will be displayed on the website.
• Disapprove: The image will not be displayed on the website.
• Download: The image can be downloaded
  

Admins can approve or disapprove of images by clicking the respective buttons next to each image.

Multiple images can be managed by using the carousel (next) button to navigate through them.

• Review By: Admins can assign staff members to review comments and take actions such as Approved, Disapproved, or Pending, with the status reflected accordingly.

• Approve Selected: Approve multiple images at once.
• Disapprove Selected: Disapprove multiple images at once.
• Filter: Filter by Ship Date, Product Name or ID, Name or Email, Review Attributes, Star Rating, Review Status, Rating, Owner, or Template.
• Export: Export the report in multiple formats, including Print, Excel, CSV, and PDF.
• Search: Use the search field to quickly find products.
