Summary
The Member Report provides comprehensive access to information about your loyalty program members. It includes key data such as names, email addresses, opt-in status, and extended member attributes. It also enables the creation of member profiles and includes extended attributes that offer additional, relevant details to support and enhance your loyalty program.
Dashboard Overview
The Member Report Dashboard displays detailed data fields associated with each loyalty program member. These include personal details, activity history, enrollment information, loyalty tier, and custom extended attributes.


The Member Report dashboard displays various parameters related to the loyalty program, providing a comprehensive overview of member data and attributes.

The date the member officially enrolled in the loyalty program. |
Opt-Out Date |
The date the member opted out of the loyalty program. |
Anniversary Date |
The annual anniversary of the member’s enrollment in the loyalty program. |
Last Activity Date |
The most recent date the member performed an activity. |
Last Purchase Date |
The date the member last placed an order. |
Current Balance |
The member’s total available points. |
Birthday |
The member’s date of birth. |
Zipcode |
The postal code associated with the member's address. |
Source |
The channel through which the member enrolled (e.g., web, mobile device). |
Extended Attributes |
These attributes vary by the needs of the business and can be used to capture custom member information, such as VIP status or the store location where the member enrolled. |
Action |
The Action column includes the following features: Edit: Allows you to update member details as needed. Log: Maintains a record of any changes made to the member's profile by a program administrator. Merge Member: Enables authorized program administrators to merge duplicate member accounts (via ADR or API) into a single account. Refer : Merge Functionality |
Search Functionality
- Search: To access member data, you can use the search functionality. These search parameters can be used individually or in combination to locate specific member records:
- Select Start Date: Choose the calendar date from which you want to begin viewing member data.
- Select End Date: Choose the calendar date up to which you want to view member data.

Search Opt-in/Out Date: If this checkbox is selected, the system will return data for members who opted in or out of the loyalty program within the selected date range.
If the checkbox is not selected, the Member Report will instead display member data based on the Create Date within the specified date range.

- Delete Member: You can delete a member using one of the following options:
- Delete by User ID: Remove a member by specifying their unique User ID.
- Delete by Email Address: Remove a member by providing their registered email address.
- Revoke/Cancel Delete Request: Cancel a previously submitted delete request before it is processed.
- Refer to Delete Member via Annex Cloud User Interface for a more detailed explanation.
- Export: To export member data in Excel format, specify the date range for which you want the data to be retrieved. The system will generate a downloadable Excel file containing member information within the selected time frame.
Excel Export Request

Member data can be exported by submitting an Excel request. This feature allows users to receive the report via email.
- Click Make an Excel Request to open a pop-up window.
- The logged-in user's email address is auto-filled, and additional email addresses can be added as needed.
- Once the request is submitted, a download link is sent as an email attachment to the specified recipients.
- Click the link in the email to download the report in Excel format.
- Users have access to the downloaded data for 24 hours after receiving the client's email message.

The following are the fields in the exported members report:
- Create Date: The date the member was created in the system.
- Name: The name of the member.
- User ID: The unique identifier assigned to the member.
- Tier: The loyalty tier or level the member is assigned to.
- Email: The email address associated with the member's account.
- Phone: The phone number of the member.
- Opt-In Status: Indicates whether the member has opted in (Yes) or opted out (No) of the loyalty program.
- Opt-In Date: The date the member opted into the loyalty program.
- Opt-Out Date: The date the member opted out of the loyalty program, if applicable.
- Birthday: The birthdate of the member.
- Anniversary Date: The date of the member's anniversary with the loyalty program.
- Last Activity Date: The most recent date the member performed an action in the program.
- Last Purchase Date: The most recent date the member made a purchase.
- Current Balance: The remaining points in the member's account as of the current date.
- Zipcode: The member's zip code/ postal code.
- Source: The source through which the member joined the loyalty program.
- T-Shirt Size: The t-shirt size provided by the member, if applicable. (This field is an example of an Extended Attribute that can be configured under Additional Loyalty Settings).
- Region: The geographical region associated with the member. (This field is an example of an Extended Attribute that can be configured under Additional Loyalty Settings).
- userType: The type of user in the loyalty program. (This field is an example of an Extended Attribute that can be configured under Additional Loyalty Settings).
Create New Member
The Create New Member feature allows you to manually enter and define member details, including their user ID, first name, last name, status, opt-in status, phone number, zip code, birth date, anniversary date, source, and extended attributes. By providing this information, you can efficiently manage and track the details of your loyalty program members.

Optin Date & Time |
Click the Date field to open a calendar tool and select the opt-in date.
Click the Time field to open a time selection table.
First, select the hour. Then, choose the minute in five-minute increments.
The time selection uses the site’s configured time zone, if available; otherwise, it defaults to UTC. Click Timezone to view the current time zone settings and the corresponding date and time.

Click Save to close the pop-up window. Once you click Save, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the member details have been successfully created.
Viewing Additional Member Details
To view more information about a member, click on their ID (displayed in blue).

- Member Details: This will open a detailed view containing key information associated with the member's ID, including opt-in status, name, email address, phone number, and additional member attributes.

Extended Attributes: |
Used to capture additional information relevant to the member, such as preferred store location, purchase history, VIP status, or other client-specific data. These attributes vary by customer and help tailor the loyalty program to individual needs. |
2. Joining Date: Displays the date the member joined the loyalty program.
3. Available Points: Displays the total number of loyalty points currently available to the member.
4. Current Tier Rank: Displays the member’s current tier or rank within the loyalty program.
5. Last Activity Date: Displays the date when the member last engaged in an activity.
6. Loyalty Engagement: Provides a comprehensive overview of the member's loyalty engagement, including points and liabilities, actions performed, and recent activities.
Recent Activities:
The Recent Activities window displays a log of actions performed by loyalty program members.
- If a member completes a full survey, the name of the survey is displayed.
- If a member completes only a section of a survey, both the survey name and the specific section completed are shown.
This feature helps track member engagement and provides insight into participation levels across different activities.

Note:
- If a loyalty member completes the entire survey, they receive benefits associated with Action ID 172. These benefits may include bonus points and a reward type.
- If a loyalty member completes only a section of the survey, they receive a bonus associated with Action ID 173.
7. Purchase/Transaction: This section displays details of the member’s top product purchases, including the quantity of each item purchased. Additionally, it provides a financial summary of the member's transactions, offering insights into their spending behavior and purchase history.

8. Upcoming Points Expiration: This section provides a detailed overview of loyalty points that are nearing expiration. It displays critical information such as the total number of points set to expire and the specific expiration dates for each batch.
By keeping members informed about the status of their points, this feature enables timely actions, such as redeeming points before they become invalid helping members maximize their rewards and avoid losing earned benefits.
