Surveys

Update Summary Value/Benefits
Support to Publish Surveys via iFrames

Description: This enhancement allows customers to collect zero-party data from loyalty end users by incorporating surveys into their loyalty dashboard or publishing a survey experience using standalone iFrames powered by Annex Cloud. 

Prerequisites:

  • The Loyalty Survey Module must be activated. 
  • Customers need to integrate the iframe code into their website. 
  • Annex Cloud will also have to collaborate with the customer to set up initial designs and themes.

Use Cases:

  • Gather zero-party data from your loyalty members for better personalization of their loyalty journey. 
  • Award loyalty members with points for completing surveys and increase overall program engagement. 
The ability to seamlessly publish surveys using a fully web-based experience will significantly reduce the complexity and cost associated with collecting zero-party data. Customers will no longer need to build UI experiences to collect survey responses using the Annex Cloud API but can instead integrate the iFrame components for faster time to market.

Receipt Scanning

Support for Immediate Release of Points Earned from Receipt Scanning

Description: This enhancement allows loyalty members to immediately earn points for their purchases from receipt scanning solution, bypassing any hold period defined in the purchase action. 

Prerequisites:

  • The Next Generation Receipt Scanning Solution must be enabled.

Use Cases:

  • Scenario where a customer would get points immediately after purchase: 
    • Turn ON the "Disregard Purchase Hold Period" flag in Annex Cloud Receipt Settings. 
    • The customer uploads the purchase receipt. 
    • The platform processes the receipts.
    • Loyalty points are awarded promptly.
  • Scenario where a customer would get points after the pre-configured hold period: 
    • Turn OFF the "Disregard Purchase Hold Period" flag in Annex Cloud Receipt Settings. 
    • The customer uploads the purchase receipt. 
    • The platform awards loyalty points after the pre-configured hold period is over. 
Receipt Scanning enables Annex Cloud customers to capture member purchases from third-party channels, often eliminating the need to hold purchase points release. This mechanism allows loyalty members to earn points from their eligible receipts as soon as they are approved in the system.
