Receipt Scanning

Receipt Scanning Improvements

Changes have been made to our Receipt Scanning reports to improve the user experience. These include:

Moderation Report:

The Moderation report can be exported as a CSV file.

Products Report:

  • Duplicate Retailer Names - Retailer Names are now unique and will not show duplicate Retailer Names for a streamlined user experience.
  • Product ID Generation - The previously manual Product ID field on the "Add New Product" screen has been removed as the Product ID field will now be auto-generated by the system.
  • Product Fields - New extended attribute fields to support UPC, GTIN, and MPN have been added to the "Add New Product" screen. 
  • Product Search - Search now supports searching by UPC, GTIN, MPC, and product name.

Receipt Report:

  • The Purchase Data report has been renamed the Receipt Report.
  • Reporting enhancements now allow users to view and export Receipt Level and receipt Item Level data as reports from the Receipt Report dashboard.
  • The Receipt ID column displays IDs that when clicked, show a line-item summary of the affiliated receipt.
The addition of the UTC, GTIN, and MPN fields provide additional ways of searching for products and removing duplicate names. Products are now more easily added and located in the system. Also, the Receipt Level and Item Level reporting allows users to better understand receipt and item level analytics.

Data Feed

Data Feed - S3 Dynamic Authentication on Region When adding Data Sync Connectivity Settings and defining the connection type as ‘S3 AWS,' a new field called ‘Region Name’ appears and allows manual entry of a region. When ‘S3 AWS’ is selected in the ‘Type of Connection’ field, the Region Name field becomes mandatory. Adding the ‘Region' field to the configuration level removes the fixed authentication mechanism and prevents failure during data exchanges using AWS services in different regions.

Dutchie POS Annex Cloud has completed the integration with Dutchie POS. Annex Cloud has completed an API based integration with Dutchie POS. The integration allows member enrollment in the loyalty program in a bi-directional way. The present integration supports a point-based reward redemption. API Based
SAP Annex Cloud is certified as SAP’s preferred partner for loyalty. Since completing SAP's preferred partner certification, Annex Cloud is now regarded as the preferred loyalty provider for SAP platforms and systems when compared to all other loyalty programs in the SAP ecosystem. N/A
