Summary
- Send email notifications to encourage loyalty members' participation in the program.
- An email is sent to loyalty members when they redeem their loyalty points.
- Loyalty members can easily access their reward codes, and use them on their next purchase.
Navigation : Products > Select Your Template > Select Template

Select the appropriate template and click the View icon from the Action tab as shown in the following image.

Configuring Reward Notification
- Export: Administrators can export a CSV or Excel format list of all emails sent to loyalty members.
- Status: Manage email notifications through the system using the Status field. To enable email notification, click Status ON.
- Edit: Click the icon in the Edit field to edit the email notification settings.

Editing Email Notification Settings
Click the Edit icon, a popup window appears to edit the existing notification settings.

Fields and Descriptions
| Field | Description |
| From Name | Enter the name of the administrator sending the notification to loyalty member. |
| From Email | Enter the administrator email ID from which the notification will be sent to loyalty member. |
| To Email | Enter the loyalty member email ID that will receive the notification. |
| CC, BCC | Enter the email ID of the loyalty member and additional email addresses that will receive notification. |
| Email Subject |
Enter the subject of the email. For example: Thanks For Redeem NEW _ 2 - #REWARD_NAME# |
| Email Body | Administrator defines the body of the email by using templates or attributes based on the loyalty program. |
Click Save.
