Capabilities

The RAF report interaction section shows all customer interactions between the sharer and referrer that are captured by the Annex Cloud's Referral solution program.

Navigation for the RAF Report Dashboard:

  1. Log into the Social Annex admin site: https://admin.socialannex.com.
  2. Navigate to ReportsRefer A Friend.
  3. Click the Interaction tab from the navigation bar on the left-hand side.

Filtering the Report

  • This feature allows the administrator to filter report records based on various criteria. They can use one or more filters to focus the report based on business needs.
  • Some fields, such as the Date Range and Referee Email fields are available upon landing on the Interaction Report dashboard. To display additional search parameters, click the More button, as shown in the image below.

NOTE: Date Range (Select Start Date and Select End Date) or Referee Email is mandatory for every search. You must select at least one of these filters to generate a report. You can combine Date Range or Referee Email with other optional filters to refine your search results further.

  • Once the administrators click More, a drop-down list is displayed which allows them to select additional parameters to filter the interaction reports according to the following criteria:
  • Below is a description of each field in the Interaction Report:
Field Description
Date Range

Enter a date range.
For example, the start and end dates can be 08/08/23 and 09/09/23.

NOTE: This is a mandatory filter if Referee Email is not provided.

Referrer Name

The sharer’s name.
For example, user@domain.com.

NOTE: This is a mandatory filter if Date Range is not provided.

Interaction Mode

Select an interaction mode from the drop-down list.

For example, Facebook, Twitter, Email and Personal bitly.

Interaction Device

Select an interaction device from the drop-down list.

For example, Desktop, Laptop, Tablet and Mobile.

Incentive Select an incentive ID from the drop-down list. For example, Campaign $10 or Easy win.
Referral Status

Select a referral status from the drop-down list. There are four types of referral status:

  1. Invite Sent: If the member shares the invite link with their friends, but they have not opened it, the referral status will be Invite Sent.
  2. Waiting for Purchase: As soon as the members click the invite link and enter the mail ID, the referral status will change from Invite Sent to Waiting for Purchase.
  3. Purchased: Once the members use the referral link to place an order, the referral status will change to Purchased.
  4. Enrolled via another Referrer: When a friend shares a referral link with an existing RAF member, the referrer's referral status will be Enrolled via another Referrer, and no points are awarded to the referrer or the member. This allows clients to avoid awarding extra points to those RAF members who have already taken the referral benefits.

IMPORTANT: The referral status Enrolled via another Referrer is default for all clients. The referral status context such as Invite Sent, Waiting for Purchase, Purchased and Enrolled via another Referrer can be customized as per the client’s requirements. To change the referral status, enter the name of the stages and click Submit.
