Summary
In this report, we show the status of the coupon codes which are unlocked in the Annex Cloud Referral solution program’s landing page by the referrer. The coupon code is unlocked by the referrer after a successful order placed by the referee.
Navigation for the Refer a Friend (RAF) Report Dashboard:
- Log into the Social Annex admin site: https://admin.socialannex.com.
- Navigate to Reports >> Refer A Friend.
- Click the Coupon Codes tab from the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
- Upon landing on the Coupon Code Status dashboard, the administrator can search for Refer a Friend coupon codes using the Date Range and User ID fields, which are available on the page. To display additional search parameters, click the More button, as shown in the image below.
- Once the More button is clicked, a drop-down list with the following search parameters displays:
- Below is a list of the fields an administrator can use to search for a coupon code:

| Date Range | Enter a date range. For example, the start and end dates can be 07/16/24 and 07/30/24. |
| User ID | Enter the applicable user ID of the influencer. |
| Name | Enter the applicable name of the influencer. |
| Coupon Code | Enter the applicable coupon code a member used for a discount on their placed order. |
| Incentive | Select a preconfigured incentive from the drop-down list. |
7. Once all the applicable search parameters are entered, click the Search button to display the results.
8. Export: Allows users to export the report in Excel, CSV, and PDF format.
9. Configuration Fields and Description:
| Field | Description |
| Date | This field shows the date on which the reward code or coupon was generated for the referrer. |
| Name | This field shows the name of the referrer against whom the reward or coupon code generated. |
| User ID | This field shows the email address or the user ID of the referrer. |
| Rewards Name | This field shows the reward code generated against the referrer ID. |
| Coupon Code | This field shows the coupon code generated against the reward code for a particular referrer ID. |
