Summary

The Refer a Friend (RAF) Report Dashboard offers real-time analytics that summarize the performance and effectiveness of your referral program. It helps evaluate customer referral behavior, tracks conversions, and measures program-driven revenue. The dashboard includes insights into referral shares, link clicks, coupon usage, rewards activity, and overall order volume enabling you to analyze and improve referral engagement strategies.

Capabilities

With the RAF Report Dashboard, you can:

  • Monitor real-time activity of your referral program.
  • View metrics such as:
  1. Total revenue generated
  2. Number of logins
  3. Rewards claimed and used
  4. Orders placed
  5. Social shares and link clicks
  • Analyze detailed insights for:
  1. Referred Customers (those who joined via a referral)
  2. Direct Customers (those who referred others)
  • Apply filters by date and incentive type.
  • Export reports in Excel, CSV, or PDF formats.
  1. Log in to the Social Annex Admin Portal: https://admin.socialannex.com
  2. Navigate to Reports > Refer a Friend
  3. Click on the Dashboard tab in the left-hand navigation panel

Dashboard Features

1. Navigation & Insights Tab

Upon accessing the Dashboard, the first tab visible is Insights. This tab contains high-level visualizations that include:

  • Share by Social Network: Number of times referral links were shared via platforms like Facebook, Twitter/X, and Email.
  • Clicks on Share: Number of clicks on referral links across all platforms.
  • Conversion Funnel: Tracks user journey stages—Shares → Clicks → Claimed Codes → Purchases.


 

2. Filter: Select a custom date range and incentive type to refine data.


3. Export: Export reports in multiple formats, including:

  • Excel
  • CSV
  • PDF

Excel exports require you to specify a date range and enter an email address to receive the file.

Field Description
Overall ROI & Insights: This section shows the overall activity metrics of your Refer a Friend program.
Total RAF Members

Total number of users who logged into the referral platform.

Total Orders

Total number of orders placed by all participants.

Total Rewards Claimed

Number of rewards that were claimed by participants.

Total Rewards Used

Number of rewards that were actually redeemed.

Total Shares by Direct Customer

Total number of referral shares initiated by customers.

Overall Total Revenue

Total revenue generated through referral-driven transactions in the Annex Cloud system.

Referral Customers ROI & Insights: This section shows the activity metrics of the referred customers in your Refer a Friend program.
Referral Customer Logins

Number of logins made by customers who joined via referral.

Referral Customer Orders

Total number of orders placed by referred customers.

Referral Customer Coupon Codes Claimed

Total number of coupon codes claimed by referred customers.

Referral Customer Coupon Codes Used

Number of those coupon codes that were redeemed.

Referral Customer Conversion

Percentage of referred users who completed a purchase after claiming a coupon. 
Formula: (Referral Orders / Referral Coupon Codes Claimed) × 100

Referral Customers Total Revenue

Revenue generated from referred customers who clicked a share link from Annex Cloud’s referral system.

Direct Customers ROI & Insights: This section shows the activity metrics of the referrer or direct customers in your Refer a Friend program.
Direct Customer Logins

Number of logins by customers who initiated referrals (not referred themselves).

Direct Customer Orders

Number of orders placed by direct customers.

Direct Customer Rewards Claimed

Total number of rewards claimed by direct customers.

Direct Customer Rewards Used

Number of rewards used by these customers.

Direct Customer Conversion

Percentage of direct customers who placed an order after logging in. 
Formula: (Direct Orders / Direct Logins) × 100

Direct Customer Total Revenue

Revenue generated by customers who enrolled directly (without being referred).
