Summary
In this report, we show the total revenue generated by the referrer or the direct customer.
Navigation for the Refer a Friend (RAF) Report Dashboard:
- Log into the Social Annex admin site: https://admin.socialannex.com.
- Navigate to Reports >> Refer A Friend.
- Click the Revenue tab from the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
- Upon landing on the Revenue dashboard, the administrator can search for Refer a Friend revenues using the Date Range and User ID fields, which are available on the page. To display additional search parameters, click the More button, as shown in the image below.
- Once the More button is clicked, a drop-down list with the following search parameters displays:
- Below is a list of the fields an administrator can use to search for Refer a Friend revenues:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Date Range | Enter a date range. For example, the start and end dates can be 07/16/24 and 07/30/24. |
| User ID | Enter the applicable user ID of the influencer. |
| Order ID | Enter the applicable ID number associated with a placed order. |
| Share filter by | Select an option from the drop-down list: Facebook, Twitter, Email, or Personal bitly. |
| Incentive | Select a preconfigured incentive from the drop-down list. |
7. Once all the applicable search parameters are entered, click the Search button to display the results.
8. Export: Allows users to export the report in Excel, CSV, and PDF format.
9. Configuration Fields and Description:

| Date | This field shows the date of referral activity. |
| User ID | This field shows the email address or user ID of the sharer. |
| Order Number | This field shows the order number for the order placed. |
| Coupon Code Use | This field shows the coupon code used for the purchase order. |
| Device | This field shows the type of device used to place the order. |
| Revenue Generated | This field shows the revenue generated from the order. |
| Type Of Customer |
This field shows the type of customer who has placed the order. For example: Type A – Direct customer Type B – Referred customer |
| Referee Email | This field shows the email ID of the referrer. |
