Summary
In this report we show the status of all blocked users. Blocked users are not able to access or use the Annex Cloud referral solution.
Navigation for RAF report dashboard
- Log in to the social annex admin site https://admin.socialannex.com.
- Then navigate to Reports >> Refer A Friend
- Click the Block tab from the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Export: Allows users to export the report in excel, csv and pdf format.
Configuration fields and Description:

| User id | This field shows the email id or user id of the blocked customer. |
| Block status | This field shows the status of blocked members |
| Alert | This field shows the email id to which the block alert is sent |
| Remove | User can remove the blocked member from the blocked list. |
