Summary
- Member profile contains information about the members and non-members of the Loyalty program.
- The member profile gives detailed information about the name, email address, phone number, zip code, and more of the specific ID.
- The member profile gives the details of total activities performed by the specific member.
Member Profile Details
To get the access to Member report, Navigate to Report → Member Report.

To get access to the details of the member profile, click on the User id of the loyalty member, then you get detail information.

There are different sections as you click on the Id. These different sections provide entire information about the member. The different section are listed below:
- Member details: This section provides the details of member Id like opt-in status, name, email, phone number and more.
- Joining date: Displays the joining date of the member, joined Loyalty Program.
- Available points: Displays the available points of the member.
- Current Tier Rank: Displays the current tier rank of the member.
- Last activity date: Displays the date on which last activity was performed by the member.
- Loyalty Engagement: Loyalty Engagement displays the data about the loyalty member as points & liability, actions performed, and reecent activities.
- Purchase/Transaction: This provides the top product purchase details by the member and the quantity purchased. The transaction details provide the finance summary of the member.
- Upcoming Points Expiration: This section provides a comprehensive overview of the points that are approaching their expiration date.
Member Details

| Opt-in Status | Displays yes or no opt in status. Yes - Option for opt in No - Option for opt out |

| Extended Attributes: The extended attributes vary from customer to customer. The attributes are added using Member Extended Attributes in the product tab of the AC. Below defined are optional attributes as these are varying as per the requirement. | |

- Points & Liability: Data of point & liability is shown in the form of a doughnut graph for a particular member. Hovering over the graph shows the data of used points, lifetime points, and expired points details in the form percentage as well as numeric value.
- Action Performed: Various events performed and count (number of times action performed) of such as purchase, redeem, create account, manual credit/debit, tier bonus, etc. by the member are displayed under the ‘Action Performed’ tag.
- Recent Activities: This shows the detailed statement of activity performed from the member joining date to last activity performed date.

- Finance Summary: A financial Summary is information about the financial performance of a loyalty member, which includes Number of Orders, an Average Order Value, Frequency of Purchase, and Revenue over the last 30 days, 90 days,12 months duration, and all time.
- Top Product Purchased: Displays the information about the products purchased by the member during the joining time till the last activity performed. This tab provides the details of the product name, SKU, and count (number of times action performed) performed by the loyalty member.

- Upcoming Points Expiration: This section provides a comprehensive overview of the points that are approaching their expiration date. This information helps members stay informed about their points' status, enabling them to take timely action, such as redeeming the points before they expire.
