Tier Period Enhancement
Users are eligible for the Loyalty Tiers based on various criteria like Available Points, Earned Points, Spend amount in a period, etc. In practical use scenarios, businesses set up their Ties such that users can earn their tiers in a certain time period, and then the tiers remain constant. The main purpose behind this is to control the liability and to allow the users the tier benefit for a certain fixed amount of time.

Tier Limit Enhancement
Every Action has predefined points and a user is awarded points based on the Actions performed. There is a provision in Actions that limits the awarding of points in a time frame. However, there was no such limit that applied to the Tiers. Considering this scenario, there should be an option in the Tiers, such that Users can only earn a fixed number of points in a certain time period. This will provide the client with functionality to add tiers based on points/spend limit in a duration of time.
Example: A user can earn a maximum 500 points in 1 week, being in the 'Gold' Tier.

Refunding Discounts for Returns
Loyalty members have the option of paying with their loyalty points as part of a transaction in many programs. When a member returns a particular order which included a payment using loyalty points, we were unable to refund those points. This enhancement enables automatic refund of those points to the loyalty member in cases of returns.
Rewards Expiration
This enhancement enables automated expiration of a reward after a predetermined time period. Expiration logic can be set based on rolling days or calendar periods such as weeks, months, years.

Ratings & Reviews
Default Sort by to be changed to Most popular on PDP
The client has requested to change the Default sort by option Most Popular for all the products on the PDP page. So, when user lands on the PDP page, he should be able to see Most Popular by default in sort by dropdown.
Note: Set Sort by option is Advanced sorting from Display settings Site admin.

Solicitation Email Engine Form Builder
In solicitation email engine (Manage Options > Triggers) provided new provision to build Email template body html with or without write a Review form, Unsubscribe thank you popup html and Review Submit thank you popup html from form builder. In Manage HTML (Email Templates -> Manage HTML In Form Builder) provided option i.e. HTML to Preview, Edit, Delete, Make it final template.


Incentive Engine Management
Custom Devaluation Functionality In Front End and API
Custom Devaluation facilitates devaluation of gift card by given percent / amount if the end user has not
redeemed Gift card assigned to him. This feature allows client to configure the Time frame in Days, Months, Year etc to devaluate the card.
This feature can be made reoccurring if Client wants the devaluation to be continuous after first time
deduction.
Time zones Settings functionality
This feature allows client to set the time automatically according to user time zone.
Batch Undo-Redeem
This feature in API allows user to unite multiple codes and apply them for redemption and also to
rollback latest redemptions calls made. This feature allows to include multiple requests of Undo-
Redemption in one call.
Migration Functionality
This Feature allows migration of their existing Store Credits into Our Incentive Engine Product.
This is achieved by adding functionality for + (Plus) button in Action Column for Custom Groups
only.
IE-LT phase 2 Release
This feature allows Loyalty Module to change the status of the code By calling Redemption API.
Code Re-issue to the customer
This functionality will reassign new code and disable the old one as disabled. Same value (in Case of Full Redemption) of the code will get generated. Assign the remaining code value to new code(in case of Partial Redemption).
Social Comments
Pinned/Unpinned a comment/reply/sub-reply
In social comment, we able to pinned or unpinned to comment/reply/sub-reply and this option will displayed only when user logged In to site.
- If pinned, then comment/reply/sub-reply will get highlighted (e.g. comment with displayed like bold and in red color).
- If unpinned, then it will remove highlighting to comment/reply/subreply.
Note: To implement this functionality, first enabled 'Enable Pin flag' from Site admin - Front end display settings.

Integration Product Management
Salesforce Service Cloud Integration
Provides Customer Support Representatives the ability to view complete Loyalty details of a customer in Service Console, and the Representative can perform Loyalty actions such as Debit/ Credit points from the customer's account.
Toast POS Integration
This integration enables Cashiers the ability to perform Loyalty activities such as,
- Identification of Loyalty Members.
- Redeem points from available balance points
- Deduct points on return
- Earn Points on Purchase
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Cloud Integration
Pushes Loyalty attributes and activities of a customer from the Annex Cloud to D365 Marketing Cloud. Using this Loyalty data, marketers can use loyalty data for targeting and personalization.
Cordial ESP Integration
Pushes Loyalty attributes of a customer from Annex Cloud to Cordial. Using this Loyalty data, marketers can use loyalty data for targeting and personalization.

- Upgrade in Magento Extension to 2.4.1
- Upgrade enables enhancements to the loyalty extension for awarding points on creation, earning on PDP, and supporting purchase/returns/cancels without any coding required.
