Annex Cloud Launches Redesigned Admin Portal
Annex Cloud has released a redesigned admin platform with seamless user experience along with expanded capabilities including data visualization and analytics.

Integration of Loyalty with Refer a Friend
Historically, Annex Cloud’s Refer a Friend product was a standalone solution providing customers a way to engage with their friends to recommend products. Integration of Loyalty Program with Refer a Friend will enable organizations to reward customers referring their friends through loyalty points or rewards. The ability to integrate the solutions will enable organizations to drive better engagement in both their Loyalty and Referral programs!
User Management
Enabling admin users to manage access to the Annex Cloud admin platform. An admin user can create new users, manage roles, or deactivate accounts from this section.

Capping Points from Purchases
This enhancement allows creating a limit on points earned from purchase action based on a percentage of a max points limit or a flat points limit. Allowing an additional layer of review before awarding large amount points due a specific purchase action.

Incentive Engine Management
Code Issue to End Customer
This functionality allows operator to assign code to existing / New end user. This is separate section
in Dashboard to add new user and assign code from existing group.
Make an Excel Request
This feature allows client to send a link of exported data in given mail Id. This feature specifically used
when there is huge data.
Custom Devaluation Feedback Implementation
This is a productized enhancement that offers to ignore redemption done by user. This means
continue evaluating Gift cards though user has redeemed some amount in it. The devaluation period
will be defined from the UI.
Assign to module dropdown containing Loyalty and RAF
Now IEM has the ability to change the code status from the Admin section. This functionality will
help to make redeem/rollback the last redemption of the code if requested by the end-user.
Custom / Dynamic Group type for Full Redemption codes- Angular & User API enhancement
This will allow us to create and assign run time value to code and assign it to End user.

Pushes Loyalty attributes of a customer from Annex Cloud to Cordial. Using this Loyalty data, marketers can use loyalty data for targeting and personalization.
