Summary

A data feed is a way of delivering structured data from one system to another. The data feed is used for Visual Commerce marketing and advertising. The application that receives the data often sets the requirements for the format of a data feed. Different types of data feed are listed below:

• Attribute
• Brand
• Category
• Collage
• Product

Attribute

Using the Attribute option, data is fed for visual commerce. There are different types of product attributes created for your account are listed below:

• Attribute Title: Enter the product name.
• Attribute Code: Enter the value for attribute code.
• Parent Attribute: Enter the parent name for this attribute.
• Selectable: Select the status as activate or deactivate.
• Status: Select the attribute as Yes or No.
• Actions: Admin can edit or delete the attribute using the action tab.
  

Add Attribute: Using add attribute button admin can add manually attributes as shown in above image. After adding the attribute, click on the Save button.

Filter: Using filter option admin can get the details of the user by adding the data in the attributes as listed below:

• Attribute Name
• Attribute Code
• Parent Attribute

Brand

Using the Brand option, all product brands that are created or uploaded for your account. Brand attributes are listed below:

• Brand Name: Displays the brand name.
• Brand Code: Display code of the brand.
• Status Actions: Display the status as active or inactive.

Add Brand: Using this option admin can add new brand details.

Filter: Filters data of particular brand.

Add Brand: Admin can add a new brand in the site by entering the details manually as shown in above image.

Filter: Using filter option admin can get the details of the particular brand by adding the data in the brand attributes as listed below:

• Brand Name
• Brand Code

Enter the brand attributes for searching the brand and click on the Search button.

Category

Using the category option, all product categories that are created or uploaded for your account. The various category attributes are listed below:

• Name
• Category Code
• Parent Category
• Selectable
• Status
• Actions
  

Add Category: Manually enter the details such as category title, code, parent category and activate enable and selectable options as shown in above image.

Filter: Using filter option, enter category name, code or parent category, then click on search button. This will help to particular category to be searched.

Collage

In collages feed users need for visual content by consolidating a collection of product images into a single image. In product collages you can use them to show off your products from several angles in just a single image. In the above image, table all the product collages that have been created or uploaded for your account. The field and description of collage table are described below:

• Collage Name: Enter the name of the collage.
• Collage Code: Enter the collage code.
• Status: Displays the status active or inactive.
• Actions: Admin can edit or delete the collage status.

Add Collage: Using the add collage option a new product collage is created.

Filter: Filter option enables admin to search the product collage by entering the details such as collage name and code.

Product Feed

Product feed option is the process of collecting customer feedback continuously and improving your product based on their opinions. 

• Add Product Feed option, enter the details of feed name and feed description and upload the CSV feed file.
• Product Feed Mapping: Upload CSV file having details Product Name, Product ID, Price, Category Name, PDP URL, Image URL, Product Status.
• Filter: Enter the details such as Product Name/code, category name and product status as ON/OFF.
