Summary
Customers can conveniently participate in your loyalty program at our brick-and-mortar location. They can learn about the program, enroll, collect points, and redeem rewards all from one place.
This enhances their in-store experience, improves their relationship with your in-store sales team, and provides them with a great incentive to return.
You can view and edit the stores you've created for your account. As a result, users can be able to earn and redeem points both in-store and online.
Navigation: Options > Stores

Once you click Stores, the following screen appears:

- Manage Stores: This enables you to create new stores, search for stores, and edit or delete existing stores.
- Search: The search function enables members to search for store details by entering the store ID and store name.
- Add New: You can add a new store using this feature by providing store ID, store name and street address.
- Actions: Here are the options available:
1. Edit: This option allows you to edit the store information. Click on edit and provide the necessary information you want to update in the store. After providing the details, click SAVE to update the new information.
Note: You cannot edit the Store ID.

2. Delete: This feature allows you to delete an existing store.
3. Audit: By selecting this option, you can see all the log details of a store.

Configure a New Store
To add a new store, click Add New Store and enter the required details.

Configuration Fields and Explanations:

| Store ID | Enter the store ID, which is a unique number used by the mass merchant to identify a specific store in its retail chain. |
| Store Name | Enter the store name. |
| Street Address | Enter the store address. |

Enter the details of the store attribute configured in the store attribute section of Extended Attributes. To set the store attribute, follow this navigation: Products > Additional Loyalty Settings > Extended Attributes > Store Attributes |
Click Save to create a new store.
Now, marketers are able to launch campaigns based on store IDs. Refer to the instructions on How to set up a store-based segment.
