Summary

Sharer claim dashboard gives a holistic view of sharer’s reward claim activity status for referrals rewards earned. The list of earned rewards are available in the dashboard and these are categorized with Date of reward earned, Reward type, and Rewards Code.

Capabilities

Admin can customize the sharer claim dashboard page, where sharer can view the recent status of referral rewards earned and claimed rewards.

Sharer Claim Dashboard Page Configuration

Navigation for Sharer Share Page Setting

1. Log in to social annex admin site https://admin.socialannex.com.
2. Then navigate to Product >> Refer A Friend >> Campaigns.
3. Click Setting icon from one of the RAF campaign for which admin wants to manage sharer setting.
4. A new page for sharer setting will open.
   1. Click Claim Dashboard tab.
5. A new window will open for Sharer Dashboard page setting. 

Claim Header Page Setting

Allows admin to customize the Claim Header Page for sharer. This page will display the status of all the referrals rewards claimed.

Admin can manage the design the of the referral status header page through the provided text box editor with the help of the CSS or HTML codes.

No Claim Dashboard Page Setting

Allows admin to customize the No Claim Dashboard Page for sharer. This page will display the message that no rewards have been earned yet by the user.

Claim Dashboard Page Setting

Allows admin to customize the Claim Dashboard Page for sharer. This page will display the list of rewards claimed, these claimed rewards are categorized by Date of reward earned, Reward type, and Rewards Code.
