Objective

The purpose of this document is to describe the features supported by the SAP Customer Data Cloud platform using Annex Cloud’s Customer Loyalty module.

Supported Feature List

Below is the list of features supported on ‘SAP Customer Data Cloud’ using Annex Cloud.

Loyalty

Implicit Loyalty Account Creation	Implicitly enrolling customers into the loyalty program. When a customer’s account gets created onto the CDC platform, the customer is enrolled into Loyalty and his Loyalty Profile is created in Annex Cloud.	The customer should create an account.	A loyalty-enabled e-commerce website connected to the CDC can be configured to enable/disable implicit loyalty. By default, implicit loyalty is not enabled.	NA
Explicit Loyalty Account Creation	Enrolling users into the loyalty program ONLY if the user “opts-in” when creating an account on a Loyalty-enabled website.	The user should create an account. Users should also opt-in for the loyalty program.	This option will be available only if a website is not enabled for the implicit loyalty program.	NA
Loyalty points after Signup/register for Newsletter.	Users will earn Loyalty points for signing up for the Newsletter on the Loyalty-enabled website.	Users should sign up for the newsletter.	This option will be available only if a website is enabled to signup for newsletter loyalty action.	NA
Display of user's loyalty information to the CDC.	User’s basic loyalty information is displayed on the CDC platform, such as Enrollment status Opt-in Date Opt-out Date Current Tie Next Tier	The user should be a member of the Loyalty program. Users should earn points and Tier.	This information is not configurable.	NA
Update user properties:	Update user details in Annex Cloud loyalty if the same is updated in the CDC. This includes personal data such as phone number, first name, last name, etc.	The user must have an account. Users must be enrolled in Loyalty.	All the properties will be updated in the Annex Cloud and not configurable.	NA
Delete user information with GDPR Compliance.	User’s information gets deleted completely from the Annex Cloud when the GDPR delete call is received from the CDC.	The user must be a member of the Loyalty program.	This action is not configurable as the user’s complete information gets deleted.	NA
