Objective

The purpose of this document is to describe the features supported on the Magento platform using Annex Cloud’s Customer Loyalty module.

Loyalty

Implicit Loyalty Account Creation	Implicitly enrolling customers into a loyalty program when they create an account on a loyalty-enabled website.	The customer should create an account.	A loyalty-enabled e-commerce website can be configured to enable or disable implicit loyalty. By default, implicit loyalty is not enabled.	NA
Explicit Loyalty Account Creation	Enrolling customers into a loyalty program ONLY if they “opt-in” when creating an account on an e-commerce website.	The customer should create an account. Customers should also opt-in for a loyalty program.	This option is available only if the website is not enabled because of the implicit loyalty program.	NA
Loyalty points after signing up or registering for a newsletter	Enables members to earn loyalty points after signing up or registering for a newsletter.	Customers must open an account with any of the e-commerce websites which have a Loyalty program module with the Signup for Newsletter loyalty action.	This option is available only if a website has enabled the Signup for Newsletter loyalty action.	NA
Loyalty Action Information	Displays to the member a list of actions that can earn loyalty points	Customers must open an account with any of the e-commerce websites which have a Loyalty program module.	This will always be displayed and not configurable.	NA

Manage Earned Rewards	Enables members to view the earned rewards and claim a particular reward	Customers must open an account with any of the e-commerce websites which have a Loyalty program module. Display eligible product points on PDP	Enables a member to see eligible product points earned after purchasing that product on PDP.	Customers must open an account with any of the e-commerce websites which have a Loyalty program module.	This will always be displayed and not configurable.	NA
Display eligible product points on the Category page	Enables a member to see eligible product points earned after purchasing that product on the Category Page.	Customers must open an account with any of the e-commerce websites which have a Loyalty program module.	This will always be displayed and not configurable.	NA
Redeem points (US dollars) on the checkout page	Enables members to redeem available points as a discount in US dollars on purchases,	Customers must open an account with any of the e-commerce websites which have a Loyalty program module. Members must have earned sufficient points.	NA	NA
Redeem points (such as coupon codes) on the checkout page	Enables a user to redeem available points as coupon codes to provide a discount on purchases. Partial Return	When a member returns some of the products from a recent purchase, the member loses loyalty points associated with only returned products. Full Return	When a member returns all of the products from a recent purchase, the member loses all loyalty points associated with the products. Sharing Copy Code	Members earn loyalty points if another person uses a shared code and purchases.	The member has an email account.	Whether loyalty points are to be awarded or not for this action can be configured.	NA
Checking Referral Status	Members can view the status of the referrals made.	The member has an email account.	This can not be configured and will always be displayed.	NA
Unlocking Coupon Code	Members can unlock the coupon code shared to make a purchase.	The member has an email account. The user has a valid Coupon Code.	This will be enabled if sharing copy code is enabled.	NA
