Summary
A product feed, also known as a data feed, is a file that contains information about your products and allows you to display and market them on eCommerce channels as an online shop. This section is used to upload the client’s product list, which is going to be used to associate the product image with the specific product from the uploaded product feed.

The feed format as well as the list of attributes are determined by the Annex Cloud/Client. For Annex Cloud, the product feed should contain Product Name, Product ID, Price, Category Name, PDP URL, Image URL, and Product Status.
Navigation: Options > Product Feeds

The Product Feeds section displays the elements below.
- Feed Name: Write a specific name for the feed.
- Feed Description: Write the feed description.
- Status: Product Feed status ON or OFF.
If ON product linked with an image will display, and if OFF, it will not display the specified product.

- Actions: It contains various functional elements, including Edit, Delete, and Download.
To edit or delete the specific product feed (before uploading to the Annex Cloud system), click on the edit or delete option (from edit section) in front of the specific feed file.
- Filter: Apply the filter condition based on Product Name/ID, Category Name/ID, and Status(ON/OFF).
- Add Product Feed: Create a new product feed attribute.
Configuration
Click on the ‘Add Product Feeds’ icon, it will redirect to the page, where Add New Product Feed pop will be displayed.

Enter the following information to upload the new product feed.
- Feed Name: Write a specific name for the feed
- Feed Description: Write the feed description.
- Upload Feed: Select a CSV file of the product feed to upload.
After entering the required details, click on the Save button, which will upload the selected product feed CSV file & will display in the product feed list as shown in image 1.
