Ratings & Reviews Syndication allows you to reach more customers with great UGC content at the point of purchase by extending the reach of your Ratings and Reviews content. The syndication of ratings and reviews creates a channel for your network of retailers to collect and distribute keyword-rich review content.
When a buyer purchases a product, they are more likely to write a review on the store's website rather than the brand's website. Annex Cloud Connect with manufacturers directly and create a route for sharing keyword-rich review information throughout your supply chain.
Navigation: Products > Ratings & Reviews (New Admin Site) > Partner Syndication Settings > Add Partner Configuration
Partner Configuration
- API Key: Add the API key provided by the Client
- Device Fingerprint: Add any random string
- API Version: Set version
- Export Type: Select the following option type Run-time/After Approval/Cron
- Authentication Type: Select the following option type Client/Server
- Status: Select ON/OFF
Add Partner Field
Click on Add Partner Field and you get the popup page.
- Select R&R Field: Select the attribute from the drop-down list.
- Partner Field Name: Enter the partner name. e.g. Bazar Voice,
- Status: Select ON/OFF
Click on Save to close the tab button.
