Summary
Copy Setup functionality helps users to copy the existing template settings like Fields, UI Settings, Popup Settings, Email Settings, and Other Settings into the new template as per the requirement.
Instead of creating a new template and configuring settings for that template, you will be able to create a new template (against the logged-In site) and/or import required fields and settings from existing templates, which saves time.
Navigation: Products > Ratings & Reviews > Copy Setup
The Copy setup page displays the following attributes.
- Source Site: Users are able to select from which site should copy its Fields and Settings into the Logged-in site template.
- Default Site: The user is able to select this Default site template to copy its Fields and Settings into the Logged-in site Template.
- Current Site: User able to select this Current site template its Fields and Settings into Logged-in site Template
- Logged-in site Template: The user is able to select either the existing Logged-in site template or can create a new template in which they copy the settings from the Default Site/Current Site template. To create a new template, select 'Add New Template' from the Logged-in site Template dropdown list, then it will be the destination template.
Once templates are selected from source to destination, users will be able to select the list of fields on the display page which is shown in the above image.
Select the required fields and click on Copy Now button to copy the template.
