Overview
The Issuance Order Report is a specialized report within the Annex Cloud platform, crafted to offer comprehensive insights into the orders processed via the Issuance API. This report is designed to capture and display detailed information about each order, including relevant metrics and attributes, which helps users understand and analyze order activity effectively.
By leveraging this feature, you can gain valuable insights into various aspects of the orders, such as the number of orders, financial details, member information, and more. The report is particularly useful for tracking performance, identifying trends, and making informed decisions based on the data generated by the Issuance API. However, access to this report is controlled by a specific configuration setting, known as the Super Admin flag.
Activation: Super Admin Flag
To make the Issuance Order Report available in the Reports section, the Super Admin must enable the relevant flag in the system settings. This functionality ensures that only authorized users, as determined by the Super Admin, have access to the detailed order data and related campaign insights provided by the Issuance Order Report.

Search Functionality for Issuance Order Report
- To find specific order details, you can use the following search criteria:
- Start Date: Select the beginning date for the time range of your search.
- End Date: Select the end date for the time range of your search.
- Order ID: Enter the unique Order ID for the order you're looking for.
- Member ID: Retrieve all orders associated with a member by providing a unique Member ID.
- Search: Click this button to initiate the search based on the criteria you've set.
By entering the relevant information and clicking search, you'll be able to retrieve detailed information related to the orders matching your criteria.

Filter: You have the option to filter the data using a variety of detailed parameters. These parameters are listed below and allow you to customize your search to find specific information more efficiently.
When you click Filter, you'll see a comprehensive list of parameters that you can select from to refine your search for order details. An image of the filter options is provided below. By defining the relevant parameters on this page, you can generate a detailed Issuance Order Report tailored to your needs.

Note: The Search button displays information for period of up to 7 days. If you need to access reports covering a longer period, you can export the Issuance Order Report to your email by clicking Export.

Report Content and Data Attributes
The Issuance Order Report has been meticulously designed to present key information based on the data received through the Issuance API. This report plays a vital role in providing a comprehensive overview of various order-related details, including but not limited to:
- Order Date: The date when the order was placed, offering a timeline view of transactions.
- Order ID: A unique identifier for each order, essential for tracking and referencing specific transactions.
- Member ID: A unique identifier for each member, used to track orders, rewards, and campaign interactions, enabling personalized marketing and customer service.
- Member Email: The member's email address, crucial for sending order confirmations, promotional offers, and other communications.
- Store ID: A unique identifier for the store where the order was processed, essential for tracking sales and performance across locations.
- Store Name: The name of the store linked to the Store ID, providing an easy reference for analyzing store-specific data.
- Action ID: An Action ID to uniquely identify various types of order-related transactions or non-purchase activities.
- Action Name: Describes the specific action associated with the Action ID, offering context on activities that led to rewards or points.
- Total Spend: The total amount spent by the member on the order, important for analyzing purchasing behavior and segmenting members.
- Total Points Earned: The total loyalty points awarded for the order, used to evaluate engagement and loyalty effectiveness.
- Points On Hold: Loyalty points earned but not yet redeemable
- Order Discount: Reflects discounts applied to the order in the form of amount.
- Coupon Code: The specific code applied for a discount or offer, used to track campaign effectiveness and member responsiveness.
- Campaign Points: Points applied as part of the campaign. Please note that Multiple campaign points may be applied, and the user can view them in the popup.
- Points Type: Differentiates between categories of points awarded, such as base, bonus, or promotional points, allowing for detailed loyalty program analysis.
- Order Status: Indicates the order's current status (e.g., Ship, Return, Hold and Cancel), crucial for tracking the order lifecycle.
- Source: Identifies the channel through which the order was placed (e.g., web, in-store, mobile app)

Order Extended Attributes: Custom attributes associated with the order, such as special instructions or additional order details. An example for the Order Attribute details is shown in the image below.

Handling Multiple Data Attributes
- The Issuance Order Report deals with a wide array of data attributes, each relevant to different aspects of order processing and campaign management. However, displaying all these attributes within a single tabular view is impractical due to the sheer volume and variety of data.
- To address this, the report focuses on displaying only the most critical and relevant attributes directly within the main interface. For example, key details like Order ID, Order Date, and Member Data are shown prominently. For more detailed data, such as store-specific information, members can click on the Store ID to view additional details in a pop-up window. This approach ensures that the report remains user-friendly and accessible while still offering depth and detail where needed.
Note: The same approach can be applied to each parameter highlighted in blue, with specific details about that parameter provided as demonstrated in the image below.

Campaign Benefits
The Issuance Order Report assists in analyzing how multiple campaigns are applied to orders. This feature is crucial for marketers and administrators who need to track the effectiveness of various promotional activities.
Campaign Details
The report integrates detailed campaign data, which can be analyzed based on several criteria, including:
- Order Data: Analyzing orders by their specific attributes, such as Order ID, store, and product-related details.
- Product Attributes: Understanding how specific product features influence order trends and campaign success.
Campaign Points and Multi-Campaign Application
One of the unique features of the Issuance Order Report is its ability to track and display campaign points awarded to orders. This is particularly useful in scenarios where multiple campaigns are applied to the same order.
To access campaign point details, click on the campaign points (highlighted in blue) for the order in the Campaign Points column.

Campaign Point Details:
For each order, the report shows:
- Date: The specific date on which the action related to the campaign points occurred. This helps track when the points were earned.
- Action ID: The Action ID refers to a unique identifier used to track specific actions within a campaign.

Action Name: The Action Name refers to the descriptive label assigned to specific actions within a campaign, providing context for the Action IDs used. In this case, there are two distinct action names corresponding to different types of campaign benefits:
- Action Name for Action ID 178: Campaign Milestone Benefit
- Action Name for Action ID 1008: Campaign Benefit.
- Campaign Name: The name of the marketing or loyalty campaign associated with the points issuance. This helps differentiate points earned from different promotional or engagement initiatives.
- Campaign ID: A unique identifier for the specific campaign under which the points were issued, providing a reference for tracking and reporting across campaigns.
- Campaign Points: The number of loyalty points awarded to the member as a result of their participation in the campaign, tied to the associated action.
These details are displayed in a dedicated pop-up window to ensure clarity and ease of access. This way, users can quickly understand the impact of each campaign on the order without cluttering the main report interface.
Additional Order and Product Attributes
To view the Issuance Product Report, click on the Order ID (highlighted in blue) within the Issuance Order Report. The search functionality for the Issuance Product Report includes several key parameters that allow for a detailed search of product-related data. These parameters include:

- Order ID: The unique identifier for the order associated with the product, allowing you to search for specific orders.
- Product ID: A unique identifier for the product, enabling you to locate reports for a specific product within various orders.
- Member ID: The ID of the member who made the purchase, helping to narrow down product reports based on individual customer activity.
- Product Attributes: Detailed characteristics of the product, such as size, color, or category, allowing for more specific filtering based on product features.
In addition to campaign details, the Issuance Order Report also includes information on various order and product attributes. These attributes are essential for a detailed analysis of each order, but due to the variety and depth of this data, it is displayed in a more dynamic way:

- Order ID: A unique identifier assigned to each order placed by a member, used to track and manage the order throughout its lifecycle.
- Member ID: A unique identifier for each member within the system, used to link orders, rewards, and interactions with campaigns to the specific member.
- Product ID: A unique identifier assigned to each product in the catalog, used to track and reference specific products in orders.
- Product Name: The name of the product as it appears in the catalog, used for identifying and describing the product in orders and reports.
- Product Quantity: The number of units of a specific product included in an order.
- Product Unit Price: The price of a single unit of the product at the time of the order.
- Product Total Amount: The total cost of the product in an order.
- Product Total Points: The total number of points awarded or required for the specific product in the order.
- Product Description: A detailed description of the product, providing additional information about its features, specifications, or usage.
- Shipped: Indicates whether the product has been shipped to the member, used to track order fulfillment.
- Cancelled: Indicates whether the product has been canceled from the order, used to track changes in the order.
- Returned: Indicates whether the product has been returned by the member, used to manage returns and refunds.
- Hold: Indicates whether the product is on hold, meaning it has been temporarily suspended from processing or shipment.

Product Attributes: Additional characteristics or features of the product, such as color, size, or material, used to provide more detailed information about the product. An image has been shown below.
This approach allows the report to maintain a clean and user-friendly interface while still providing comprehensive data access when needed.
Note: To search for a report by Product ID, Member ID, or Product Attribute, first clear the Order ID field. Then enter the desired value(s) for Product ID, Member ID, or Product Attribute (or a combination of these) and click Search. The report will display all orders that match the entered value(s).
For example, in the image below, the report is searched using Product ID: P1.

Record Count: The total number of records matching your search will also be displayed. In the image above, the total number of records for Product ID: P1 is 45.
