Understanding Member-Specific Point Multiplier Campaigns
A Point Multiplier Campaign for Specific Users allows you to target only select members for a limited-time boost in their earning potential. This is ideal when you want to engage a curated list of users, such as VIPs, churn risks, campaign responders, or recently acquired members.
The member list is uploaded into the platform, and the campaign is configured to apply only to those IDs giving you precision targeting without affecting your broader program.
Example: Upload a CSV of 500 inactive users and offer them 2x points on purchases made this week only.
Use Case Objective: Drive Re-Engagement Among Selected Members
Use targeted point multipliers to:
- reactivate valuable or at-risk members
- boost activity from new sign-ups
- reward a test/control group in a campaign experiment
Why it works: You reward specific behaviors or cohorts without changing base rules for everyone.
KPI Impacted: Reactivation rate, segment engagement, repeat purchase rate
Example Campaign:
“Welcome Back! Enjoy 2X Points on All Purchases This Week – Just for You!”
