Objective

The purpose of this document is to describe the features supported on Microsoft Customer Insights (CI) platform using Annex Cloud’s Customer Loyalty module.

Below is the list of features supported on Microsoft CI using Annex Cloud.

Loyalty

Feature Name Description Pre-Requisites Configuration Details Reference Documents
Display Customer’s Loyalty Information in CI as Pushed by Annex Cloud

Details below should be displayed in CI:-

User’s Profile Details (Personal information)

  • Details like Email address, First Name, Last Name, Opt Status (Explicit Programs).

Loyalty Information

  • Details like Available points, Points earned, Points used, Points expiring, Rewards Available, Points to Next Reward, Current Tier, Points to Next Tier, Next Tier.

Loyalty History Details

  • Details like Action Name, Action ID, Transaction #, Amount.
  • The customer should already be enrolled in a loyalty program.

Display Pre-Configured Measures/Scores in CI

Display Below Measures/Scores in Customer Profile:-

  • Average Transaction Value
  • Transaction Count of the Customer
  • Loyalty Points Earned
  • Loyalty Points Redeemed
  • Active Customer Lifespan
  • Time Since Last Purchase
  • Loyalty Membership Duration
  • The customer should already be enrolled in the loyalty program.
  • All the measures should be pre-configured.

Display All Loyalty Activities of the Customer in CI Display all Loyalty Activities (like Purchase, Opted In, etc.) Performed by customers within the “Timeline” section of the Customer Profile in CI.
  • The customer should already be enrolled in a loyalty program.
  • All activities to be displayed should be pre-configured in CI.
