Summary

The Points Accrual Tier Report will show the daily available points, cumulative available points, and their value for each tier by the date. This report will enable users to get a record of points for the particular tier.

Reports Settings

Navigation: Report>Points Accrual Tier Report

By clicking on the campaign report button, you will be directed to the Points Accrual Tier Report page as shown in the image below.

Search: It allows users to retrieve a list of points depending on search parameters, including details such as Daily Available Points, Daily Available Points Value, Cumulative Available Points, and Cumulative Available Points Value.

1. Date Range: Using the start and end date range, records are filtered for a particular period.

CASE1: If cron is executed, the date range will be between the previous cron execution date and the
current date.

CASE2: If cron is not executed, the date range will be between the first day of the current year and the
current date.

2. Dropdown list: Select the tier from the drop-down list to retrieve the report based on that particular tier.
   (gold, silver, and platinum). If you are selecting the gold tier as an option, then all the gold tier data will be
   retrieved.
3. Run Report: Through this, you can execute any cron which is pending for execution. Once you click
   On clicking on the execute button, the cron will be executed. At a time, you can execute only one cron.
4. Report Log: It shows the details of the Report Run Date, Requested by, and Status of cron execution.
5. Report Settings: Here you have to define the points to currency ratio. Based on the points to currency
   conversion, A ratio between "Daily Available Points Value" and "Cumulative Available Points Value" will be
   calculated."

For instance, if the points-to-currency ratio is 2 and the daily available points are 10, the daily available points will be 2*10 = $20, which is the value.

6. Export: Through this, you can export the data for the selected date range. By using the "Make an Excel
   With the request option, the admin can get the report data in the mail.

• When you click on the Make an Excel Request option, you will get the popup window display. Then enter your email ID.
  
• The link is delivered to the entered email ID. Click on the link to download the report data in excel format.
• In Excel, you will get the total sum of Daily Available Points and Daily Available Points Value.

The following are the fields in the exported points accrual tier report:

Date: The date field includes each date within the specified date range, showing the daily available points and cumulative total for each day.

Tier Name: The name of the loyalty tier.

Daily Available Points: The daily available points for each tier, representing the total non-expired and unused points for that specific date.

Daily Available Points Value: The daily available points value for each tier, calculated as Available Points multiplied by the Points to Currency Ratio.

Cumulative Available Points: The running total of available points for each tier up to and including the date in that row.

Cumulative Available Points Value: The cumulative available points value for each tier, calculated as Cumulative Available Points multiplied by the Points to Currency Ratio.
