Introduction to Klaviyo
Email Marketing: Klaviyo allows businesses to create and send email marketing campaigns. This includes the ability to design and customize email templates, target specific customer segments, and schedule email sends.
Automation: Klaviyo's automation capabilities are a significant highlight. You can set up various automation flows, which are essentially sequences of automated actions triggered by user behavior or specific events. For instance, you can create automation flows for welcome emails upon sign-up, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, and more.
Reporting and Analytics: Klaviyo provides detailed reporting and analytics features. You can track the performance of their email campaigns and automation flows. This includes metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
Segmentation: Effective targeting is crucial in marketing, and Klaviyo enables businesses to segment their audience based on various criteria like purchase history, demographics, and engagement levels. This helps in sending more personalized and relevant content.

Log into Klaviyo
The user must Log in to the Klaviyo account using their login credentials. https://www.klaviyo.com/login.

After logging in, the user is redirected to the Klaviyo account dashboard.

Create List
Click Audience and click Lists & Segments (refer to the image for the location).

A window opens; click Create List/Segment.

In the next window, select the List option.

Enter the name of the list.
Click Create List to create the list in Klaviyo.

Create a Flow
Click the Flows on the homepage (refer to the image).
A window opens; click Create flow.

Click Create from Scratch.

Enter the name of the flow.
Click Create Flow.

In the new window, select the Lists option from the left pane.

Choose the list you want to add to the flow.
Click Done.

Drag and drop the Email action from the actions panel.

Follow the further instructions on the website to set up the flow.
Obtain the API Key
Go to your account section.
Navigate to Settings (refer to the image)

A window opens displaying the site ID and API key.
If there is no Private API Key present, click the Create API key (refer to the image) to generate one.

In the next window, Enter the name of the API Key
Select the Access Level Custom Key, Read-Only Key, and Grant applications full access for API scope.

If you select Custom Key, then you can give access to each API scope manually.
