Summary

• An e-commerce media application allows sharing photos and product details with friends, family, and other people. With such a large number of shares, many people from all around the world have connected on eCommerce websites. As a result, the presence of a variety of people and ideas can often lead to unwanted comments on the comments section and writing inappropriate comments on anybody’s post.
• These kinds of activities are unwelcome. In order to keep your post off from such activities, one can filter out the comments on social media posts easily. This section is used to block or flag posted images whose description contains the specific words (abusing words) added in this section.
• Create a list of terms that should be blocked or flagged if they appear in a review, question, answer, or caption.
  

Navigation: Options > Keyword Filter

Click on Keyword Filter from the Options sections where the keyword Filter page displays.

Keyword Filter the section displays the Keyword Filter report and Add Keywords tab.

Keyword Filter the report contains the following elements.

• Keyword: Name of the keyword user used in a comment.
• Action: Specific action has been taken, i.e. Block or Flag.
• Delete: To delete the previously added keyword, use the delete option in front of that specific keyword.

Configuration of Add Keyword

To add a new word to the keyword filter, click on the Add Keywords button, which will open the following popup.

Enter the following details to add a new word to the keyword filter.

• Enter a single keyword or upload a CSV file with multiple keywords: Write the specific keyword, for which you want a flag, or block the content for the VC module.

To upload more than one keyword, upload the CSV file for the same using this setting option.

• Do you want to block or flag this keyword(s)?: Select the specific action for keyword i.e. Block (to disapprove the image whose caption contains the entered keyword) or Flag (to flag the image whose caption contains the entered keyword).

After entering the required details, click on the Save button, which will add the specific keyword(s) & will display in the keyword list.
