Summary

The incentive engine in Annex Cloud assists in the creation of rewards that can be used as marketing incentives for businesses with or without loyalty programs. The incentive engine report provides a detailed summary of activity metrics performed by the user. The dashboard in IE provides details of the insight activity metrics described below:

• Details of the total number of groups.
• Redemption type is set as partial/full redemption
• Group type is set as Fixed or Dynamic
• Details of coupons, vouchers, codes, gift cards, etc.

The incentive engine report contains four sections.

Each section is explained in detail.

Dashboard

The dashboard displays the overall Return on Investment (ROI) insights.

Report Analysis of Incentive Engine Codes

Report analysis of IE codes is listed below:

• The total value generated
• The total value of unassigned codes
• The total value of active codes
• The total value of used codes.
• The total value of disabled codes.
  

Overall ROI Insight: 

This section shows the overall activity metrics of your Incentive Engine program.

• Total Groups: It displays the total number of groups associated with the incentive engine.
• Partial Redemption: A partial redemption allows rewards to be redeemed in portions - leaving the rest available to be redeemed later. This includes the redemption of rewards in the form of products such as gift cards and store cards.
• Full Redemption: The redeemed products can offer discounts as a percentage or in the form of a fixed-rate coupon.
• Fixed Groups: The codes are fixed throughout in the Fixed group type.
• Dynamic Groups: The codes are not fixed and are assigned at the time of performing the activity.
• Coupons: Displays the number of coupons assigned to the group.
• Vouchers: Displays the number of voucher codes assigned to the group.
• Product Vouchers: Display the number of product vouchers assigned to the user.
• Store Credits: Display the number of store credit points assigned to the user.
• Gift Cards: Display the number of gift card points assigned to the user.

Codes

This section shows the activity metrics of total codes with Full and Partial redemption types.

Unassigned Codes

This section shows the activity metrics of unassigned total codes with Full and Partial redemption types. This tab provides the details of the codes which are available, codes available for partial redemption, and codes that are available for full redemption. It also shows the monetary value of codes that are not assigned to any users. This section shows the activity metrics of the Unassigned Codes with Full and Partial redemption types.

Active

This section shows the activity metrics of the codes which are in the assigned state. This tab provides the details of the codes which are active in partial redemption and full redemption. Also, it shows the total monetary value of codes that are assigned to the user. This section shows the activity metrics of the codes which are in the assigned state.

Used

This section shows the activity metrics of the codes which are in the used state, including full and partial redemption types. It shows the total monetary value of the codes that are partially and fully used by the users. This section shows the activity metrics of the codes which are in the Used state, including Full and Partial redemption types.

Disabled

This section shows the activity metrics of the codes whose current state is disabled. It also shows the monetary values of the disabled codes. This section shows the activity metrics of the codes whose current state is disabled.

Groups

The group report shows all groups that are created to provide incentives.

Configuration Details are described below:

Group Details

• Group Name: Displays the name of the group.
• Group & Redemption Type: Displays the group type as Fixed or Dynamic and redemption type as Full or Partial.
• User Type: Displays users type as Predefined Users or Dynamic Users.
• Source: Displays the source information from where the group is created.
• Start Date: Displays the start date and time of the group when it was created.
• Expiry Date: Displays the end date and time of the group.

Code Details

• Used: Displays the number of used codes after redemption.
• Disabled: Displays the total number of disabled codes.
• Unassigned: Displays the total number of unassigned codes.
• Total: Displays the number of available codes for the user.

Export Report:

Navigate: Groups Report ➡ Export

The data can be exported at the Make an excel request. By using the Make an excel request option, the admin can get the report data through the mail.

• Click on the Make an excel request option, you get the popup window display, then enter the admin mail id.
• The link is delivered to the entered email address and click on the link and download the report data in Excel format.

Codes

The holder of an Annex Cloud Coupon/Voucher code is entitled to a discount on a specific product or service. Coupon/Voucher codes are an effective way to track your marketing efforts to see which platforms are generating the most traffic or leading to conversions

• Types of Code: Displays the types of code assigned to the user.
• Incentive Code: Displays the incentive code assigned to the user.
• Benefit: Displays the set amount when the group was created.
• Code Balance: Displays the value of the balance code.
• Start Date: Displays the start date and time when the group was created.
• Expiry Date: Displays the end date and time for the code validity.
• Group Name: Displays the name of the group.
• Assigned to: Displays the names of the users.
• Assigned date: Displays the date on which the code was assigned to the user.
• Status: Displays the status of the code as active, partially used, or disabled.
• Action: Displays the redemption details of the code.

Users

The user report shows all the users who are assigned one or more incentives. The configuration details of the user report are described below:

• Name: Displays the name of the user in the group.
• Email: Displays the email address of the user.
• UserId: Displays the user id of the user.
• Created Date: Displays the creation date.
• Action: Displays the redemption and undo redemption details.
