The purpose of this document is to describe the features supported on Attentive SMS using Annex Cloud’s Customer Loyalty module.

Below is the list of features supported on the ‘Attentive SMS’ using Annex Cloud.

Subscription for SMS services from Attentive SMS	Customers should subscribe to SMS services based on the loyalty activities performed on E-commerce platforms. Loyalty Action based on SMS.	Based on the actions performed by the subscribed and loyalty member, they will receive SMS in real-time. Ex, A customer will receive SMS if any purchase is made on the Ecommerce platform and points are earned.	Customer account must be present in the Attentive The customer should be enrolled in the Loyalty program Customers should agree to receive SMS through Attentive. The features can be customized as per the requirements and depend on the available API which can be integrated with Attentive SMS.
