Attentive SMS Feature List

Below is the list of features supported on the ‘Attentive SMS’ using Annex Cloud.

Loyalty

Subscription for SMS services from Attentive SMS Customers should subscribe to SMS services based on the loyalty activities performed on E-commerce platforms.
  • The customer account must be a loyalty member.
  • The customer should have provided the correct mobile number.
  • Customers should agree to receive SMS through Attentive.

Loyalty Action based on SMS. Based on the actions performed by the subscribed and loyalty member, they will receive SMS in real-time. Ex, A customer will receive SMS if any purchase is made on the Ecommerce platform and points are earned.

  • Customers should agree to receive SMS through Attentive.
