Summary
- An administrator may make multiple requests for the same file if the email delivery is delayed. To prevent this, a "Check your Export status here" link has been added to the "Make An Excel Request" pop-up window.
- Administrators can check the status of all their Excel file requests.
Configuration
- Click Export and select the Make An Excel Request option.

- The request is raised to export the Excel file to the provided Email ID.
- To check the status of the Excel file request, click the Check your Export status here link.

- Select the start and end dates to fetch the Excel Request Tracking Report.
- Users who request Excel files can fetch the status of all their requests by searching through the User email address.

Date: Displays the Excel file requested date.

Requested User: Displays which user has requested the Excel file.

Report: Displays in which report the Excel file is requested.

Status: Displays the status of the Excel file request.
