The user's email address will auto-populate when requesting to export an Excel file.
This will ensure the Excel file goes to the correct user when exporting and reduce the time it takes to export.

Create Admin Users via File Upload
Super Admin users can now bulk upload Admin users via CSV or Excel file.
In the CSV/Excel file they can include the following parameters: user type, access limitations to templates, permission settings, a time limit on the user's session, as well as the person's email to be invited as a user on the platform.
Super Admin users can save time by uploading Admin users in bulk.

Predefined options for crediting and debiting points from a user’s account
Completed the enhancement of providing preconfigured options for crediting/debiting points from the users account in the Annex Cloud Loyalty dashboard in Zendesk.
Extends the usability of AC loyalty programs within Zendesk, thereby enhancing the attractiveness of AC as a loyalty vendor for companies that use Zendesk.

Bulk API integration with Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms
Implementation of Bulk Batch API with the mentioned platforms which allows to push multiple loyalty updates of user records in a single API call.
This development effort increases the efficiency in the integration when the organization has a large customer base.
