Customer Loyalty

Updated Standard Action list

Removed the Google Plus and Twitter Connect. Renamed YouTube Follow to YouTube Connect.

Updates were made to the Action list dropdown presented under Actions, Action Series, Segment, and Campaigns.

Campaign Reporting

ACTION-specific requirements are completed, enabling insights about the impact of campaigns and a detailed breakdown of various metrics.

Clone Segment Functionality

The ability to clone an existing customer segment and create modifications, allowing the user to quickly create new segments by adding to already existing segment conditions.

Looking Ahead 

  • Varying Purchase Ratios:

The ability to define varying purchase ratios for product purchases based on transaction types.

Multi Template Phase 1: 

 The ability to create multiple templates of the loyalty program to support different geographies or lines of business for a client from a single Annex Cloud instance.

Visual Commerce

Brand Enhancement:

With this functionality, the client can display related brand images into the slider. This was requested by one of our clients, "Bed Bath & Beyond". We have provided all the implementation code and related documents to the client.

Recover not-attended images on VC - Curation Report

In the case of Instagram, they change the image URL after every 14 days for security reasons, so if the

curation team has not attended any images for any reason and again they want to curate such images.

They can't do it because they can't able to see it because of path change.

Bypass the permission process for the client's own hashtag

By this enhancement, clients do not need to get approval from their own image post, those images will automatically get approval and will get displayed on the VC curation report with related status.

  • Implemented FileStack Library: We have implemented this library on the Visual Commerce “User Performance Report”.

AnnexCloud Product Level

  • Data Sync: We have completed the setting section and enabled this tab under the Options tab by which users can configure ESP data push.

AnnexCloud Security

  • AnnexCloud Client Login: At the time of login on AnnexCloud Client Admin, if the user exceeds 5 failed login attempts, we block related users. SA Admin OR SuperAdmin can unblock those users from the User tab by changing their status from inactive to active.
  • Added SiteID layer check for Data protection: In the AnnexCloud Client section, we have added an extra layer of checking siteid by which we have more secure site-level data.
  • Virus Scan for uploaded files from Annexcloud Client Section: Implemented FileStack Library. By which we can scan the uploading file 1st with this library, and after that, we will push clean files on 
    our servers. We have implemented this functionality in the following section.
    1. Media Lib. under Option Tab (It's available for MFA activated sites).
    2. User Performance Report.
    3. Profile Upload Section.

Incentive Engine

Incentive Engine Rewards Dashboard

This feature enables the embedding of a dashboard with incentive information (redemptions, codes, balances) on client websites, allowing end-users to manage their codes from one place.

New feature to create custom rules for devaluing gift cards based on usage and time period.

Admin can configure the frequency of devaluating the gift card by some amount/percentage. This is an optional way to push end-users for the redemption of codes within the stipulated time period.

Partial and full redemption functionalities are now available for both Fixed and Dynamic

IEM provides the ability to create the Fixed Denomination group, which means to define the code value at the time of group creation. 

The code value will be the same across a group. Multiple groups can have the same code values, but the code must be unique. If the code values for each code in a group are different and that can be defined dynamically, such a group type is called Dynamic Group Type.

API enhancements to include currency and benefit sources in responses.

APIs are now extended to provide currency information of code(s) and source field, which could be a campaign name, a unique identifier for the group, etc.

Integration Product Management

Magento Backoffice

Annex Cloud's Integration with Magento Backoffice enables the transfer of customer loyalty data in real-time, enabling support agents to have a holistic view of customer's loyalty information including membership details, activity, and rewards, as well as allowing agents to manage loyalty points.

Emarsys

Annex Cloud offers point-to-point integration with Emarsys through secure APIs. The integration provides the ability to send the end customers' loyalty data and interactions from Annex Cloud to Emarsys.

Commercetools

Annex Cloud provides API-based loyalty integration with Commercetools to display loyalty dashboards and data across the e-commerce journey on the product, category, and checkout pages.

Microsoft Customer Insights

API-based integration that allows loyalty data to be synced with CI to provide meaningful engagement metrics and KPIs. Insights from CI, such as scores and segments, can be pushed back into Annex Cloud for promotions and offers.

Attentive SMS

Annex Cloud's Integration with Attentive SMS enables customer authorized subscription modules and real-time data sync from Annex Cloud to Attentive.

Looking Ahead

  • New integrations are coming for VTEX, Power BI, Square POS, Elasticpath, and Attentive SMS.
  • Integration of third-party product rewards powered by CarltonOne is in progress.
  • Integration of third-party gift cards powered by Tango is in progress.
