- Hierarchy Management:
Hierarchy Management allows users to connect and share points and benefits with the whole group. Multiple users can be part of that group and the hierarchy can be formed top to bottom and across the group. Users within certain groups can share points to other users or even contribute to a common pool of points belonging to that group and the same applies to redemption as well. We have provided the ability to form complex vertical and horizontal relationships in our Hierarchy Management module. Example given below:

When Hierarchy Management is enabled, existing reports will have additional information displayed in them. But we also have an independent report specific to this functionality.
- Rewards Redemption Limits Functionality:
We have done a comprehensive overhaul of how redemptions work. Till recently, redemption was the ability to redeem codes from iframe and points using API. We now have the ability to set limits (similar to Actions) on how many times a reward can be redeemed in a certain time frame and / or in a certain tier. We can set the following redemption limits:
- Points / Calendar year
- Points / Calendar month
- Points / Calendar week
- Points / Anniversary year
- Number of times / period
- Number of times / period / tier
- Number of times / period across tiers

- Product Catalog Management:
We have expanded our Include / Exclude section into a Product Catalog Management system which is critical when it comes to managing products and applying rules to them in loyalty programs. PCM can now be used for setting up products based on SKU, category, ratios, flat points and rules engine for setting them up. We also have it in the roadmap to add more functionality to this around products brands, hierarchy and product extended attributes.
This is a very critical functionality when it comes to being competitive in the SaaS industry. Most loyalty providers do not have this and their clients depend on other systems to run product based loyalty functions. With our PCM, clients can centralize and manage all their product data, no matter where it’s coming from and where it needs to go when it comes to running loyalty programs, segments and campaigns. They will have robust tools that allow them to format data properly and set multiple rules based on what we have provided in our PCM rules engine.

Coming Up Next in PCM: We plan on expanding our PCM module to include the following in the near future:
- Brands
- Category Hierarchy
- Extended Attributes
- Limits based on period
- PCM in Segments / Campaigns
- Tier Limits Functionality:
We have expanded our Tiers Functionality to have limits added by tiers instead of just actions. The same data is also reflected in our logic, iframe and APIs.

Coming Up Next in Tiers: Users are eligible for the Loyalty Tiers based on various criteria like Available points, Earned Points, Spend amount in a period, etc. In practical use scenarios, businesses set up their tiers such that, users can earn their tiers in a certain time period and then maintain the tiers for a certain period. The main purpose behind this is to control the liability and also allow the users to access the tier benefit for a certain fixed amount of time. So there should be a provision in Loyalty Tiers where the users can earn / upgrade / downgrade their tiers for a certain fixed amount of time and then the tier would be maintained for another predefined period. Essentially we will be giving provision for the following:
- Provision for upgrading the tiers for a fixed period of time.
- Provision for maintaining a tier and allowing a periodic check after a predefined period.

- RAF Influencer Management:
The RAF Influencer Management is now completely revamped compared to what we had and is now a completely new product. We can now create influencers and set them up with respect to contracts, commission, validity, period, tracking, etc. Clients will have the provision to create future campaigns and our logic will identify all the rules that are setup and execute accordingly. We also show granular level details for the following:
- Links tracking
- Order tracking
- Referral tracking
- Payment tracking
- Commission tracking

REVIEWS & RATINGS
- Reviews & Ratings Solicitation Email Engine:
We have a brand new R&R solicitation email engine (Manage Options > Triggers) which is very easy to set up and also accommodates a lot of rules. Initially it used to take between 1 - 2 sprints to set it up for 1 client. Now with this, it should not take more than 30 mins. And it has a lot more features / rules that can be set up in the engine itself - some of them are given below:
- Email already sent / reviewed / approved
- Ability to set up for individual template
- Email trigger day / time / frequency
- Display high-to-low or low-to-high
- Number of products in an email
- Single v/s multiple products
- Detailed guidelines
- Exclude products
- View in browser
- Preview email

VISUAL COMMERCE
- Instagram Updates:
As mentioned in the RAF section above, the VC team also took on a lot for this project and were instrumental in helping the RAF team achieve their part of the work. They took the lead on this project and were able to achieve everything in time.
Note: The VC team is also responsible for working on a lot of complex platform related work like Privacy Policy Management and Multi Factor Authentication as mentioned below.
PLATFORM
- Privacy Policy Management:
We have revamped our entire Privacy Policy Management which was initially only GDPR compliant. Now not only it is generally compliant with GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, etc we have the ability to group multiple sites which can selectively be compliant for Right to access, Right to be forgotten, Blocklist users, etc. As shown below, after the initial grouping, clients can pick and choose which sites are compliant to what part of the privacy policy based on business needs. We have also redone all our Privacy APIs as mentioned in section 4 below.

- Multi Factor Authentication:
We now have the ability to enable MFA for clients who need it during the admin login process. We have the following options which can be used with any combination:
