Loyalty Features

Confirm Whether a Customer is Part of a Loyalty Program A support agent can check if a customer is part of the loyalty program by looking into the Annex Cloud loyalty section in the CRM.
  • Customer account must exist in ZOHO CRM.
  • Annex Cloud loyalty must be integrated with ZOHO CRM.

Enroll a Customer for Loyalty Program (Implicit) Support agents can enroll a customer in the loyalty program directly from ZOHO CRM. Customer account must exist in ZOHO CRM.
Customer should not already be enrolled in the loyalty program.

Display of Customer’s Loyalty Membership Details

Displays the customer’s loyalty user and membership details in the information tab of the loyalty dashboard.
