Summary

Reports Settings

Navigation:  Report > Tier Report

  • By clicking on the Tier report button you will be directed to Tier report page as shown in below image.
  • The report data can be found and filtered based on a number of options, enabling the user to look for a particular record and associated information.
  • You have the following options to find the details of a particular tier.
    1. Date Range: Using the start and end date range, records are filtered for a particular period. If any of the tier date like start date or end date falls under the date range provided then reports of all those tier will be shown.
    2. Select Tier: Select the particular tier you want to find in the records.
    3. Content Text: Provide the content text for the particular tier you want to find the records.
    4. Export: The data can be exported in the Make an Excel request. By using the Export option, the admin can get the report data through the mail.
  • Click on the Export button and select the Make an excel request option, you get the popup window to display, then enter admin mail Id.
  • The link is delivered to the entered mail id and click on the link and download the report data in excel format.

Note:

We've enhanced the "Make an Excel Request" functionality to help clients download the filtered data from the platform. 

Users will get access to the downloaded data for 24 hours after receiving the client's email message. 

If the data has more than one lakh, for example, two lakhs in a row, then it will split the data into two different files. We will be getting two sets of data with this information, and files get automatically zipped.

The following are the fields in the exported tier report:

Tier Earned Date: The date the member earned their current tier status.

Name: The name of the member associated with the tier information.

User ID: The unique identifier for the member in the system.

Current Tier: The member's current loyalty tier or level.

Current Points: The number of points the member currently has in their account.

Points To Next Tier: The number of points required for the member to reach the next tier.

Tier Spend: The total amount spent by the member to achieve their current tier.

Spend To Next Tier: The amount the member still needs to spend to reach the next tier.

Next Tier: The name of the next tier the member can achieve.

Tier Expiration Date: The date when the member's current tier status will expire, if applicable.

Tier Report dashboard

  • The below table shows a list view of the information of the user for the selected filters. The record of the user displays the current tier of the user, points, or spending required for the next tier. It also shows the action series and extended attributes the user has to achieve to move to the next tier.
  • In the tier report you have the following fields:
Field Description
Tier Earned Date This field shows the date on which tier has been earned.
Name It returns the name of the User.
User ID It shows the user Id of customer.
Current Tier It displays the name of the current tier
Current Points It shows number of points a user have with them at present.
Points To Next Tier It shows the number of points required to achieve the next tier.
Tier Spend It shows the number of points spent in the current tier
Spend To Next Tier It shows the number of points which the user needs to spend to go to next tier
Next Tier It shows the name of the next tier.
Edit Through this you can edit any tier info by providing a valid reason.
