Translations
The Translations page is used to manage and customize all loyalty program text displayed across the store. It allows you to create and maintain translations for different store pages, markets, and languages, ensuring customers receive a localized experience. From this page, you can configure page-specific translations, manage default fallback text, and synchronize translations with Shopify's translation system.

Translation Studio
The Translation Studio serves as the central translation management area where you can customize the words and phrases displayed to customers throughout the loyalty program. It enables you to create localized content for various loyalty components, ensuring that customers in different regions and languages see text that is relevant and understandable. The Translation Studio acts as the primary workspace for managing all translation-related configurations.
Store Settings
The Store Settings section allows you to enable or disable translations for the store. Once translations are enabled, the loyalty application can display localized content based on the selected language.
Store Language
The Store Language dropdown allows you to select the language that will be used for translation management. The selected language becomes the active language for configuring and editing translated content. You can switch between available languages using the dropdown menu to manage translations for different regions and customer groups.
Set Words for Your Store Pages
The Set Words for Your Store Pages section allows you to configure customized text for specific pages, markets, and languages.

The Store Page dropdown is used to select the page for which translations will be managed. Different loyalty-related pages can have their own translation settings and customized content.
Market
The Market dropdown allows you to select the Shopify market for which translations will be applied. This enables region-specific customization and localization of loyalty content.
Language
The Language dropdown is used to select the language associated with the chosen market and page. Translation entries can then be configured specifically for that language.
Admin UI
The Admin UI section displays translation configurations created for the administrative interface. Each configuration represents a specific page, market, and language combination that contains customized translated content.
Edit Translations
The Edit Translations option provides access to translation values for the selected page and language. You can update translated content to ensure accuracy and consistency across different languages.
Default Words
The Default Words section manages the global fallback text used throughout the loyalty application. These default values are displayed whenever a page-specific translation is not available. Maintaining default words ensures that all loyalty interfaces continue to display meaningful content even if localized translations have not been configured.
Edit Default Words
The Edit Default Words option allows you to modify the default text values that serve as fallback content across the entire loyalty platform. Changes made here can affect multiple pages and components that rely on default wording.
Note: Clicking the Edit Translations and Edit Default Words buttons opens the Edit Translations popup. This popup lets you create or manage translations for a selected page, market, and language. It offers a centralized interface to customise text labels, buttons, navigation items, and messages without changing application code.
The popup shows the selected page details at the top: page name, market, language, and total translatable words. The example displays the configuration for the Admin UI page in the Default Store Market using the DE language.

Store Metadata
The Store Metadata section allows you to manage metadata namespaces and configure webhook integrations for your store. It helps organize custom metafields and ensures that the required metadata is included when webhook events are triggered.

The Store Metadata page contains two sections:
- Metadata Namespaces
- Webhook Configuration
Metadata Namespaces
The Metadata Namespaces page allows you to create and manage namespaces that contain selected loyalty-related metafields. These namespaces can write metadata objects, metafields, or both when a webhook is triggered.
Loyalty Namespace

- Delete – Click Delete to permanently remove the namespace from the store metadata configuration.
Connect Metafields to Webhooks
The Connect Metafields to Webhooks section allows you to associate metadata namespaces with Shopify webhook subscriptions. Once connected, the selected loyalty metafields are automatically included in the webhook payload whenever the corresponding event is triggered.
Connect All Webhooks
The Connect All Webhooks button automatically connects the selected namespace to all available webhook subscriptions, eliminating the need to connect each webhook individually.
The table displays the following information:
- Topic – The webhook event name.
- SAPP Namespace – Shows whether the namespace is connected to the webhook.
- Endpoint – Displays the destination webhook endpoint.
- Action – Available actions for managing the connection.
Webhook Configuration
The Webhook Configuration page allows you to manage metadata namespaces for individual webhook events such as Orders Created, Orders Updated, Customers Created, Customers Updated, Products Created, Products Updated, Shop Updated, and others.

Save All
After making changes to webhook namespace assignments, click Save All to save and apply all configuration updates at once.
Add Namespace
For each webhook event (such as Orders Created, Orders Updated, Customers Created, Customers Updated, etc.), you have the option to add a namespace by selecting it from the + Add Namespace dropdown. This allows the selected namespace metadata to be included in the webhook payload for that specific event.
At the bottom of the page, you can also find the Connect Metafields to Webhooks section, where namespaces can be connected to webhook subscriptions and managed centrally.
