Objective

This document describes the features supported in SAP Marketing Cloud through Annex Cloud’s Customer Loyalty module.

SAP Marketing Cloud-Supported Feature List

Below is a list of features supported in SAP Marketing Cloud through Annex Cloud.

Loyalty Features

Feature Name Description Pre-Requisites
Loyalty Data Push for a Customer in Marketing Cloud Customer’s loyalty data is pushed against their account in SAP Marketing Cloud. Customer must be present in SAP Marketing Cloud and enrolled in a loyalty program.
Customer Creation and Updates with Loyalty Data in Marketing Cloud (Bulk or Batches) Multiple customers are created or updated in SAP Marketing Cloud with their loyalty data in bulk or batches. Customers should not already exist in SAP Marketing Cloud. They must be enrolled in the loyalty program.
Loyalty Interactions Data Push to Marketing Cloud Data on customer loyalty interactions (for example, opt-in, points accrual, points redemption, opt-out) is pushed to SAP Marketing Cloud. Customer must be present in SAP Marketing Cloud, be a loyalty program member, and have performed some activity in the loyalty program.
Loyalty Interactions Data Push in Bulk or Batches Customer loyalty interactions are pushed to SAP Marketing Cloud in bulk or batches. Customer must be present in SAP Marketing Cloud, be a loyalty program member, and have performed some activity in the loyalty program.
Export Target Groups to Annex Cloud Segmentation Export target groups from SAP Marketing Cloud to Annex Cloud segmentation. Target group must be present in SAP Marketing Cloud.

SAP Marketing Cloud-Supported Fields

The following are the Annex Cloud loyalty data fields supported by SAP Marketing Cloud.

Loyalty Field Description
Loyalty Id A unique platform-specific identifier defined by Annex Cloud.
First Name First name of the registered customer.
Last Name Last name of the registered customer.
Email Address Email address of the registered customer (for example, "somebody@who.com").
Active Status An indicator showing whether the customer has been active on the platform in the past year.
Birthday Customer’s birthday date.
Loyalty Anniversary Date The date the customer enrolled in the loyalty program.
Phone Number Customer's phone number.
Available Points Points available for redemption.
Earned Points Total points earned during the loyalty membership period.
Used Points Total points redeemed during the loyalty membership period.
Expired Points Total number of points that expired during the loyalty membership period.
Current Tier Customer’s current loyalty tier (for example, Gold).
Next Tier Next tier a customer can reach based on their current tier.
Points Required for Next Tier Number of points required to reach the next tier.
Available Rewards List of rewards eligible for redemption, based on available points. For example, 15 dollars = 500 points.
Points Required for Next Reward Points needed to redeem the next available reward.
Last Activity Date Date of the customer's most recent activity within the loyalty program.
User Opt-in Status Customer's loyalty program opt-in status.
Opt-in Date Date when the customer opted into the loyalty program.
Next Expiring Points Points set to expire soon if not used by the customer.
Points Expiration Date The date when earned points will expire. Points must be used by this date to avoid expiration.
Highest Available Reward Highest reward available to the customer.
First Activity Date Date when the customer performed their first activity after enrolling in the loyalty program.

Loyalty Interactions

Loyalty Event Description
LOY_OPT_IN Customer opts into the loyalty program.
LOY_POINT_ACCRUAL Points are earned by the customer.
LOY_POINT_REDEMPTION Points are redeemed by the customer.
LOY_OPT_OUT Customer opts out from the loyalty program.

Refer-a-Friend Fields

RAF Field Description
Referrer Email Email of the person who refers (for example, somebody@who.com).
Referrer First Name First name of the referrer.
Referrer Last Name Last name of the referrer.
Newsletter Status Subscription status to the newsletter (Yes or No).
Share Resource Social network shares (for example, Facebook, Twitter, Email, or personal Bitly URL).
Email Receiver Friend who receives the referral email.
Bitly URL Shortened Bitly URL that is shared.
Friend Email Email of the person referred.
Friend Name Name of the person referred.
Coupon Code Coupon code unlocked by the referred friend.
Statid Optional field for referral registration.
Claim Rewards URL URL where members can view available rewards.
Invite Code Unique invitation code.
Reward Code Code shared with the referrer upon reward claim.
Coupon Used Tracks coupon code usage.
Credits Earned Total credits earned by the referrer.

Customer Refer-a-Friend Interactions Data Push to Marketing Cloud Data of customer interactions related to referrals (for example, sharing referral links via social media, unlocking coupon codes) is pushed to SAP Marketing Cloud. Customer must be present in SAP Marketing Cloud, be a loyalty program member, and perform referral activities.
