Introduction
The Receipts area brings together everything needed to manage receipt-based rewards: submitting and reviewing receipts, maintaining the products and retailers receipts are matched against, and reporting on the results. It is made up of five sub-modules, each covered in its own part of this guide:
- Dashboard - a visual summary of receipt volume, processing performance, and quality/fraud signals.
- Product Catalog - the master list of products that receipts can be matched against.
- Retailers - the master list of retailers that products and receipts are linked to.
- Receipt Moderation - where individual receipts are reviewed, filtered, exported, and resolved.
- Receipt Report - a searchable, exportable record of processed receipts and the points they generated.
Prerequisites
Ensure the following requirements are met before using the Receipts area:
- Account Access: You must have an active Annex Cloud account with permission to access the Reports section.
- Receipts Permissions: Your assigned user role must include access to the Receipts area.
- Email Access: Ensure that you can access the email address associated with your account to receive export-related notifications, when applicable.
Note: Permissions may vary by sub-module, for example, a user might be able to view the Receipt Report but not edit receipts in Moderation, or view the Dashboard but not manage Retailers. If an action described in this guide isn't available to you, contact your administrator to confirm your permission level.
Navigating to the Receipts Module
All five sub-modules are reached the same way: through the Reports section, via the Receipts card.
From Reports to Receipts
- From the left/top navigation, select Reports. The Reports overview screen opens, organized into groups such as Analytics, Transactional, and Operational & Engagement.
- Under the Operational & Engagement group, locate the Receipts card, described as "Shows uploaded receipts and validation status."
- Select the Receipts card to open the Receipts overview screen.

Info: The Show descriptions toggle in the top-right corner of the Reports overview screen controls whether each card's one-line description is shown. Turning it off gives a more compact view once you're familiar with the available modules.

The Receipts Overview Screen
The Receipts overview screen presents the five sub-modules covered in this guide as navigation cards.
- From the Receipts overview screen, select the card for the sub-module you need: Dashboard, Products, Retailers, Moderation, or Receipt Report.
- Each card opens directly into that sub-module's main screen, documented in Parts 1 through 5 of this guide.

Note: The card labeled Products on this screen is the entry point to the module documented in Part 2 of this guide as "Product Catalog." Both names refer to the same module.
The breadcrumb trail at the top of every screen in this area (Home > Reports > Receipts > …) reflects this same navigation path, and can be clicked at any level to jump back.
PART-1
1. Dashboard
Navigation: Reports > Receipts > Dashboard (Receipt Scanning)
The Dashboard, labeled Receipt Scanning, gives a visual, at-a-glance summary of receipt volume and processing performance across the whole system. It combines summary metric cards with charts covering backlog age, moderation outcomes, receipt sources, rejection reasons, and fraud detection results.
Program managers and operations teams use it to spot backlog build-up, unusual rejection patterns, or shifts in receipt volume early - without digging through individual records in the Receipt Report or Receipt Moderation modules.
From the Receipts overview screen, select the Dashboard card to open this screen.
1.1 Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is organized as a single scrolling page: a Created At date filter at the top, four summary metric cards, and a series of charts below.

1.1.1 Summary Metric Cards
The four cards at the top of the dashboard summarize receipt volume and processing performance for the selected date range.

Fields |
Description |
Notes |
|---|---|---|
Total Receipts Created |
The total number of receipts submitted within the selected date range. |
Reflects the Created At filter described in Section 1.2. |
Total Processed (decision made) |
The number of receipts within the range that have reached a final decision (e.g., approved, rejected). |
Will always be less than or equal to Total Receipts Created. |
Processing Rate % |
The percentage of created receipts that have been processed to a decision. |
Calculated as Total Processed divided by Total Receipts Created. A low value can indicate a growing backlog. |
Open Backlog |
The number of receipts still awaiting a final decision, regardless of when they were created. |
This figure reflects all open receipts, not only those created within the selected date range. |
Note: Open Backlog is not scoped to the Created At date filter the way the other three cards are, it always reflects the current total of unresolved receipts. Don't assume changing the date range will change this number the same way it changes the others.
1.1.2 Charts
Below the metric cards, the dashboard presents eight charts covering backlog age, moderation status, volume trends, and quality/fraud signals.

Additional dashboard charts: Receipts by Source, Closed Receipts by Time to Close, Rejection Reason by Volume, and Fraud Detection Volume.

Fields |
Description |
Notes |
|---|---|---|
Open Receipts by Age |
A bar chart showing how many currently open receipts fall into each age bracket since upload (0-7 days, 8-14 days, 15+ days). |
A tall bar in the 15+ days bracket signals an aging backlog that needs attention. |
Current Ticket Status |
A horizontal bar chart showing the number of receipts in each current status: Moved to Manual Moderation, Pending, Disapproved, Points Awarded. |
Cross-references the statuses used in the Receipt Moderation module. |
Receipts Created vs Decisions by Week |
A line chart comparing receipts created against decisions made, plotted by week. |
A widening gap between the two lines suggests decisions aren't keeping pace with incoming volume. |
Receipts by Type |
A horizontal bar chart showing receipt counts split by Automated, Manual, and an unlabeled/blank (none) category. |
"Manual" here corresponds to receipts that were Moderated, as described in the Receipt Moderation module. |
Receipts by Source |
A horizontal bar chart showing receipt counts by submission channel: API, Dashboard, WhatsApp, SMS. |
N/A |
Closed Receipts by Time to Close |
A bar chart showing how long closed receipts took to reach a final decision, grouped into brackets (1 Day, 2 Days, 1 Week, 2 Weeks, 3 Weeks+). |
Most receipts closing within "1 Day" indicates healthy processing speed. |
Rejection Reason by Volume |
A horizontal bar chart breaking down rejected receipts by reason, such as Duplicate receipt, Test / manual reject, Low OCR score, Store not found. |
Useful for spotting a specific rejection cause spiking. |
Fraud Detection Volume |
A bar chart showing receipt counts by fraud detection outcome: NOT_FRAUD, REQUIRES_REVIEW, (none), FRAUD. |
"(none)" likely represents receipts that have not yet been scored. |
Info: Each chart has a three-dot menu in its top-right corner. Clicking it opens a single option, Download results, which exports the chart's underlying data.

1.2 Filtering the Dashboard by Date
The Created At control at the top of the dashboard filters the metric cards and charts to a specific date range, based on when each receipt was created.
1.2.1 Quick Date Ranges
The simplest way to change the date range is to pick one of the preset options.
- Click Created At at the top of the dashboard to open the date range menu.
- Select a preset option: Today, Yesterday, Previous week, Previous 7 days, Previous 30 days, Previous month, Previous 3 months, or Previous 12 months.
- The dashboard refreshes automatically to reflect the new range.

Created At dropdown expanded, showing quick preset ranges plus Fixed date range, Relative date range, and Exclude options.
Field |
Description |
Notes |
|---|---|---|
Today / Yesterday |
Filters to receipts created on the current day, or the previous calendar day. |
N/A |
Previous week / 7 days / 30 days |
Filters to a fixed trailing window ending at the most recently completed period. |
"Previous week" aligns to calendar weeks; "Previous 7 days" is a rolling window. |
Previous month / 3 months / 12 months |
Filters to longer trailing calendar periods, useful for trend review. |
N/A |
Fixed date range… |
Opens a calendar-based picker for a specific range using Between, Before, On, or After. |
Use this for an exact, non-rolling date range. See Section 1.2.2. |
Relative date range… |
Opens a picker for a rolling range defined relative to today, using Previous, Current, or Next. |
Use this to build a view that always stays relative to "now." See Section 1.2.3. |
Exclude… |
Excludes a specified date range from the dashboard's results instead of including one. |
Contact support if you need help configuring this option. |
1.2.2 Fixed Date Range
Fixed date range sets an exact range using specific calendar dates, with four modes: Between, Before, On, and After.
- Open the Created At dropdown and select Fixed date range…
- Choose a mode by clicking Between, Before, On, or After.
- For Between, enter or select both a start and end date using the two calendars shown.
- For Before, On, or After, enter or select the single relevant date.
- Optionally, click Add time to refine the filter down to a specific time of day.
- Click Add filter to apply the range to the dashboard.

Fixed date range, Between mode, showing two calendars for selecting a start and end date.

Fixed date range, Before mode, showing a single calendar and date field.

Fixed date range, On mode, filtering to a single specific date.

Fixed date range, After mode, filtering to receipts created after a specific date.
Fields |
Description |
Notes |
|---|---|---|
Between / Before / On / After (tabs) |
Selects the comparison mode used to build the fixed date filter. |
Only Between requires two dates; the others require one. |
Date field(s) |
Text field(s) showing the selected date(s); can be typed into directly or set via the calendar below. |
N/A |
Add time |
Expands the filter to include a specific time of day, not just a date. |
Useful for narrowing results within a single day. |
Add filter (button) |
Applies the configured fixed date range to the dashboard. |
The dashboard does not update until this is clicked. |
Note: Selecting Before or After includes or excludes the boundary date itself depending on the system's convention. If the exact boundary matters for your analysis, test it against a known date before relying on it.
1.2.3 Relative Date Range
Relative date range builds a rolling filter defined relative to today, using Previous, Current, or Next, combined with a chosen unit of time. This is useful for a view that should always show "the last 30 days" without needing to be manually updated.
- Open the Created At dropdown and select Relative date range…
- Choose Previous, Current, or Next.
- For Previous or Next, enter a number and choose a unit - minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, quarters, or years.
- For Current, select a fixed unit button: Day, Week, Month, Quarter, or Year.
- For Previous or Next, optionally toggle Include today on or off.
- Click Add filter to apply the relative range to the dashboard.

Relative date range, Previous mode, set to "Previous 30 days" with Include today toggled on.

Relative date range unit dropdown expanded, showing minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, quarters, and years.

Relative date range, Current mode, showing Day, Week, Month, Quarter, and Year options.

Relative date range, Next mode, with the same unit dropdown as Previous mode.
Fields |
Description |
Notes |
|---|---|---|
Previous / Current / Next (tabs) |
Selects whether the range looks backward, at the present period, or forward from today. |
N/A |
Number field (Previous/Next) |
The count of units to look back or forward, e.g., 30. |
N/A |
Unit dropdown (Previous/Next) |
The time unit the number applies to. |
Options: minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, quarters, years. |
Include today (toggle) |
Determines whether today's date is counted as part of the Previous or Next range. |
N/A |
Day / Week / Month / Quarter / Year (Current mode) |
Selects the fixed calendar period containing today. |
E.g., selecting Month filters to the entire current calendar month, not a rolling 30 days. |
Add filter (button) |
Applies the configured relative date range to the dashboard. |
N/A |
Important: "Previous 30 days" (relative) and a fixed range covering the same 30 calendar dates will diverge over time - the relative version always recalculates against today, while the fixed version stays locked to the dates you chose. Use relative ranges for ongoing monitoring and fixed ranges for reproducible, point-in-time reports.
1.3 Exporting the Dashboard
The dashboard can be exported as a PDF snapshot, useful for sharing a point-in-time view in an email, report, or meeting.
- Set the Created At date range you want the export to reflect (Section 1.2).
- Click the cloud/download icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Download as PDF from the tooltip/menu that appears.

Download as PDF control, highlighted in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Fields |
Description |
Notes |
|---|---|---|
Download as PDF |
Generates and downloads a PDF snapshot of the current dashboard view, including the active date filter. |
The PDF reflects whatever date range and any other view settings are active at the time of export. |
1.4 Troubleshooting
Symptom |
Likely Cause |
Resolution |
|---|---|---|
Metric cards and charts look empty or show all zeros |
The selected Created At range doesn't contain any receipts. |
Widen the date range or switch to a preset like Previous 30 days to confirm data exists outside the current range. |
Open Backlog doesn't change when the date range changes |
This is expected - Open Backlog always reflects the current unresolved total, not the selected range. |
Use Total Receipts Created and Total Processed for range-specific figures; treat Open Backlog as a point-in-time total. |
Download as PDF doesn't produce a file |
The browser is blocking the download or a pop-up associated with it. |
Check your browser's download/pop-up permissions for this site and try again. |
Relative date range values seem to shift day to day |
This is expected behavior for relative ranges - they recalculate against today. |
Use a fixed date range instead if you need a range that stays constant over time. |
Add filter button doesn't seem to do anything |
A required date or number field for the selected mode was left incomplete. |
Confirm all required fields for the selected tab are filled in before clicking Add filter. |
1.5 FAQs
Q: Does the Created At filter affect every chart on the dashboard?
A: It affects the metric cards and charts that are scoped to receipt creation date. Open Backlog is a notable exception - see Section 1.1.1.
Q: What's the difference between a fixed and a relative date range?
A: A fixed range locks to exact calendar dates and will not change over time. A relative range recalculates against today each time the dashboard is loaded. See Section 1.2.3.
PART 2
2. Product Catalog
Navigation: Reports > Receipts > Product Catalog
The Product Catalog is where product records are created, viewed, updated, and removed. It gives users a single, searchable inventory of every product that can be associated with a receipt - including identifiers such as UPC, GTIN, SKU, and MPIN, and the retailers each product is linked to.
Accurate product data is the foundation for receipt validation and reporting. If a product is missing, mismatched, or incorrectly linked to a retailer, downstream reports (such as the Receipt Report in Part 5) may show incomplete or incorrect results.
From the Receipts overview screen, select the Products card to open this screen.

PART 3
3. Retailers
Navigation: Reports > Receipts > Retailers
The Retailers module is where retailer records are created, viewed, updated, and removed. It maintains the master list of retailers that products and receipts can be associated with, including each retailer's unique identifier, display name, and store logo image.
Retailer data underpins product-to-retailer linking (Part 2, Product Catalog) and retailer-level filtering in reports. If a retailer record is missing, misspelled, or missing its logo, related products and reports may display inconsistently or fail to link correctly.
From the Receipts overview screen, select the Retailers card to open this screen.

4. Moderation
Navigation: Reports > Receipts > Receipt Moderation
The Receipt Moderation module is where submitted receipts are reviewed, filtered, exported, and individually resolved. Every receipt that is uploaded - whether through the API or the dashboard - passes through automated checks, and any receipt that cannot be fully automated (or is flagged by a moderation rule) lands here for manual review.
This module is the last line of defense before a receipt is approved, rejected, or reprocessed. Reviewers use it to confirm a receipt is genuine, check it against eligible products, and correct or reprocess receipts that were rejected in error.
From the Receipts overview screen, select the Moderation card to open this screen.

Important: The dialog explicitly warns: "Please avoid to submit same request multiple times." Submitting duplicate export requests may create unnecessary load and multiple notification emails for the same data.
Tip: The dialog notes the export is processed within 15 minutes and includes a link to check your export status - use that link if you don't receive the notification email promptly.
4.4 Reviewing an Individual Receipt
4.4.1 Opening a Receipt
Each row in the receipt table has an Action menu used to open the receipt for review.
- Locate the receipt you want to review in the receipt table (use the filters in Section 4.2 if the list is long).
- Click the three-dot icon in the Action column for that row.
- Select Edit to open the receipt detail screen.

Action menu with the Edit option, opened from the three-dot icon.
4.4.2 Receipt Detail Screen
The receipt detail screen shows the scanned receipt image alongside its extracted data, additional metadata, an audit trail, and any products matched to it. The layout and available controls change depending on the receipt's current status (Pending, Rejected, Cancelled, or Points Awarded).

Receipt detail screen with the Points Awarded banner, receipt image viewer, and extracted fields.
Status Values
A receipt's Status drives which banners, fields, and action controls appear on this screen. The table below summarizes each state.

Fields
Field |
Description |
Notes |
Receipt image viewer |
Displays the scanned or photographed receipt. Includes zoom in/out, rotate left/right, refresh, and full-screen controls, plus a page counter (e.g., “Receipt 1 of 1”) for multi-page receipts. |
Use this to visually verify the receipt against the extracted field values. |
Status banner |
Displays contextual information depending on the receipt's current status: Disapproved Reason, Cancelled Reason, or Points Awarded. |
See “Status Banners” above. Only shown for Rejected, Cancelled, or Points Awarded receipts; not shown for a first-pass Pending receipt. |
Retailer Name |
The retailer associated with this receipt. |
Required field. Dropdown of retailers from Part 3. Shows a “Select Retailer” placeholder on a first-pass Pending receipt with no prior extraction. |
Date |
The date on the receipt. |
Required field. Uses a calendar picker. |
Receipt No |
The receipt number as printed on the receipt, or system-generated on reprocessing. |
Required field. Editable while Pending or Rejected; becomes read-only once the receipt reaches Points Awarded. |
Discount |
The discount amount applied to the receipt total, if any. |
Defaults to 0. Editable while the receipt is under review (Pending); not shown once the receipt is Approved / Points Awarded. |
Additional Detail (panel) |
Collapsible panel showing Uploaded By, Submitted At, Risk Level, Status, Receipt Type, and Receipt Source for this receipt. |
Click the panel header to collapse or expand it. |
Approve / Reject controls |
Lets a reviewer approve the receipt (awarding points) or reject it with a required reason. |
Only shown while the receipt is Pending review; not shown once a final status (Points Awarded) has been reached. |
Note: Retailer Name, Date, and Receipt No are pre-filled from automated extraction but remain editable, since extraction can misread a receipt. Always compare them against the receipt image before saving or reprocessing. After a Cancel & Reprocess, these fields are repopulated from a fresh extraction pass and should be re-verified.
4.4.3 Audit Trail
The Audit Trail panel is a chronological log of every automated and manual action taken on the receipt, with a remark explaining each one. It also hosts the tables of products matched to the receipt and the Cancel & Reprocess control.

Audit Trail expanded, showing the full action history (SUBMITTED → FAILED_AUTOMATION → REJECTED → CANCELLED) alongside the Eligible Products and Additional Products tables.
Fields
Fields |
Description |
Notes |
Date & Time (column) |
When the logged action occurred. |
Most recent entries typically appear first. |
Action (column) |
The action that occurred. See “Action Values” below for the full set observed. |
Reflects both system and reviewer actions. |
Remarks (column) |
A plain-language explanation of the action, such as which moderation rule was triggered or why a receipt was rejected or cancelled. |
Useful for understanding why a receipt required manual review. |
Eligible Products (table) |
Lists products from the Product Catalog that this receipt qualifies for, with Qty, Price, Total, and an Action column. |
Action column behavior depends on status - see “Product Table Actions” below. |
Additional Products (table) |
Lists any extra products manually added to this receipt, with the same columns as Eligible Products. |
Action column behavior depends on status - see “Product Table Actions” below. |
Cancel & Reprocess (field + button) |
Lets a reviewer enter a reason and resubmit a rejected or problematic receipt back through processing. |
Only meaningful for receipts that have already failed automation or been rejected. Generates a new receipt record with a fresh Receipt No, linked to the original via “Previous Receipt No,” and re-populates fields from a new extraction pass. |
The Action column reflects the full lifecycle a receipt can pass through, including multiple cycles of rejection and reprocessing. Observed values and their typical remark patterns:
Action |
Triggered By |
Typical Remark Pattern |
SUBMITTED |
System, on initial upload or resubmission |
“Receipt is submitted by [user] via upload.” |
FAILED_AUTOMATION |
System, when the receipt fails an automated moderation rule |
“Receipt matched moderation rule, [condition], so the configured action [ACTION] was applied.” e.g., “receipt_total is greater than 150 so the configured action MOVE_TO_MANUAL_MODERATION was applied,” or “Total price is not equal to sum of all items price, so it is moved to manual moderation.” |
REJECTED |
Reviewer, on manual rejection |
“Receipt Disapprove Reason – [reason],” e.g., “Fraud receipt” or “New receipt.” |
CANCELLED |
Reviewer, via Cancel & Reprocess |
“Reason:-[reviewer-entered reason].” Generates a new Pending receipt record referencing this one as Previous Receipt No. |
APPROVED |
Reviewer, on manual approval |
“Points Awarded [N].” Moves the receipt to Points Awarded status and displays the green banner. |

Audit Trail on a first-pass Pending receipt, showing only SUBMITTED and FAILED_AUTOMATION - no rejection or reprocessing has occurred yet.
Product Table Actions
The controls available in the Action column of the Eligible Products and Additional Products tables change once a receipt reaches Points Awarded status:
Status |
Eligible Products Action |
Additional Products Action |
Pending / under review |
Delete icon only |
Delete icon only |
Points Awarded |
Delete icon only |
Add ( + ) and Delete icons, reviewers can still match additional products to an approved receipt |
Important: Cancel & Reprocess resubmits the receipt through the moderation workflow again. Confirm the underlying issue is actually resolved before reprocessing - resubmitting without a genuine fix will likely result in the same rejection.
Note: A receipt can cycle through Rejected and Cancelled/Reprocessed states more than once before reaching a final status. Each cycle appends new entries to the same Audit Trail rather than replacing it, and each reprocessing links back to its predecessor via Previous Receipt No, so the full history remains traceable from the most recent record.
4.5 Troubleshooting
Symptom |
Likely Cause |
Resolution |
|---|---|---|
Search returns no results |
Filters are too narrow, or the date range doesn't include the receipts you expect. |
Click Clear All, widen the date range, and re-apply filters one at a time to isolate the issue. |
Excel export email never arrives |
The export is still processing, or the email address entered was incorrect. |
Wait the stated 15 minutes and check the export status link in the dialog; re-submit only once with a verified email address. |
Retailer Name / Date / Receipt No look wrong |
Automated extraction misread the receipt image. |
Compare the fields against the receipt image in the viewer and correct them manually before saving. |
Cancel & Reprocess button is disabled |
No reason has been entered in the Cancel & Reprocess field. |
Type a reason describing why the receipt is being resubmitted, then click the button again. |
4.6 FAQs
Q: What's the difference between Receipt Type and Status?
A: Receipt Type (Moderated / Automated / Flagged) describes how the receipt was routed through processing. Status (Pending, Points Awarded, Rejected, Cancelled, Reprocessed) describes where the receipt currently stands in the review workflow.
PART 5
5. Receipt Report
Navigation: Reports > Receipts > Receipt Report
The Receipt Report module provides a searchable, exportable record of every receipt that has completed processing, showing what was submitted, which retailer it belongs to, how many points were awarded, and where the original receipt image can be viewed or downloaded.
Where the Receipt Moderation module (Part 4) is used to actively review and resolve receipts, the Receipt Report module is used afterward - to report on, audit, and export the outcomes.
From the Receipts overview screen, select the Receipt Report card to open this screen.
5.1 Receipt Report Screen
5.1.1 Screen Layout (Empty State)
Before any filters are applied and searched, the report table shows no rows, since the underlying data set can be very large and is not loaded by default.

Receipt Report screen in its default, unfiltered state, showing "No data available."
Info: The report table intentionally starts empty. Set at least a date range (Section 5.1.2) and click Search to load results - this prevents the screen from trying to load the entire receipt history at once.
5.1.2 Filtering the Report
The filter bar lets you narrow the report by date range, user, receipt number, and retailer before searching.
- Click Select Start Date to open a calendar and choose the beginning of the date range.
- Click Select End Date to open a calendar and choose the end of the date range.
- Optionally, type into User ID to filter by the account the receipt was submitted under.
- Optionally, type into Receipt Number to filter by a specific receipt.
- Optionally, open the Retailer Name dropdown, use the search box inside it to narrow the list, and select a retailer.
- Click Search to run the report, or Clear All to reset every filter back to its default.

Retailer Name dropdown expanded, with a search box and a scrollable list of retailers.

Search (button) |
Applies the selected filters and loads matching receipts into the table. |
Required at least once to populate the table. |
5.1.3 Reading the Report Table

Represented by a vertical three-dot icon. See Section 5.2. |
Important Info: Product Qty and Points Awarded Qty can differ - a receipt may contain more eligible products than the number that ultimately contributed awarded points, depending on program rules.
5.1.4 Exporting the Report
The Export control lets you download the currently filtered report as a CSV file, or request a larger export that is emailed to you when ready, mirroring the export behavior in the Receipt Moderation module (Part 4).
- Apply the filters you want the export to reflect, then click Search.
- Click Export (top right of the screen) to open the export menu.
- Select CSV to download the filtered report directly as a CSV file.

Export dropdown with the CSV option.
For larger exports, use the Excel request option:
- From the Export menu, select the Excel option (if available in your view).
- In the Make An Excel Request dialog, confirm or edit the email address(es) in Enter Email Address.
- Click Save to submit the request, or Close to cancel.

Make An Excel Request dialog, showing the email notification field.
Important: The dialog explicitly warns: "Please avoid to submit same request multiple times."
The export is processed within 15 minutes and includes a link to check your export status.
5.2 Retrieving a Receipt Image
Each row in the report table has an Action menu for retrieving the original receipt image, either as a shareable link or a downloaded file.
5.2.1 Opening the Action Menu
- Locate the receipt row you need in the report table (use the filters in Section 5.1.2 if the list is long).
- Click the three-dot icon in the Action column for that row.
- Select Copy URL to copy a link to the receipt image, or Download to save the image file directly.

Action menu with Copy URL and Download options, opened from the three-dot icon.
5.2.2 Copy URL
Copy URL places a direct link to the receipt image on your clipboard, which you can paste into another tool, ticket, or message.

Confirmation message shown after selecting Copy URL: "URL copied to clipboard."
Info: A quick green confirmation message appears at the top of the screen after copying - if you don't see it, the copy action may not have completed; try again.
5.2.3 Download
Download saves the original receipt image file to your device, exactly as it was submitted.

Example of a downloaded receipt image, showing the retailer name, purchase details, and points-earned summary printed on the physical receipt.
Note: The downloaded image is the receipt exactly as submitted, including any printed loyalty program details from the retailer itself - this is separate from the Points Awarded value calculated and shown in the report table.
5.3 Troubleshooting
Symptom |
Likely Cause |
Resolution |
|---|---|---|
Table shows "No data available" after clicking Search |
The selected date range (or other filters) doesn't match any receipts. |
Widen the date range, or click Clear All and re-apply filters one at a time to isolate the issue. |
Table is empty and Search has not been clicked |
This is expected default behavior. |
Set at least a start and end date, then click Search. |
Retailer Name dropdown list is hard to scroll through |
The retailer list is long. |
Use the search box inside the dropdown to filter by typing part of the retailer's name. |
Excel export email never arrives |
The export is still processing, or the email address entered was incorrect. |
Wait the stated 15 minutes and check the export status link; re-submit only once with a verified email address. |
Copy URL doesn't seem to work |
The clipboard permission was blocked by the browser, or the confirmation message was missed. |
Check for the green confirmation message; if it didn't appear, try again or check your browser's clipboard permissions. |
5.4 FAQs
Q: What does the "_reprocess" suffix on some Receipt Numbers mean?
A: It indicates the receipt was resubmitted using the Cancel & Reprocess action in the Receipt Moderation module (Part 4).
Q: Why do Product Qty and Points Awarded Qty sometimes differ?
A: Not every eligible product on a receipt necessarily contributes to the final points calculation, depending on program rules.
