Objective

The purpose of this document is to describe the features supported on Qualtrics using Annex Cloud’s Customer Loyalty module.

Below is the list of features supported on ‘Qualtrics’ using Annex Cloud.

Loyalty

Manage Loyalty Points
  • CSR selects loyalty customer
  • CSR adds/deducts points.

A POS user can see available eligible points for the purchase.

The available points are converted and shown in the appropriate currency value at the time of checkout.

Check Eligible Rewards of a customer A POS user can check the available redeemable points of a customer while redeeming the points.
  1. The customer should have made a purchase.
  2. The product should have a policy of deduction of points on return.
  3. The number of points to be deducted must be set by the administrator.

  1. A POS user can see the available eligible points for the purchase.
  2. The available points are converted and shown in the respective currency value at the time of checkout.

Lose Points on Returns
  1. The customer may lose their points if they return any of the items from the last purchase.
  2. The points are deducted from their loyalty points balance.

Full Return
  1. The customer is allowed to make full returns on a recent purchase.
  2. For example, if the customer has bought five items and returns five items, then the customer will lose points against five items.

  1. The customer is allowed to make a partial return on a recent purchase.
  2. For example, if a customer has bought five items and wants to return two items, then the customer will be losing points against those two items.

Display eligible utilized points on the item purchase list
  1. A POS user can see the redeemed points in terms of currency.
  2. The total amount will be changed as per the utilization of points.
