- The customer should have made a purchase.
- The product should have a policy of deduction of points on return.
- The number of points to be deducted must be set by the administrator.

- Customers are allowed to make full returns on a recent purchase.
- For example, if the customer has bought 5 items and returns 5 items, then the customer will lose points against 5 items.
