How to Read the Report

Each row in the report represents a unique member’s participation in a specific user journey. The columns provide data, allowing you to assess overall member engagement and progress.

  • Journey ID: A system-generated unique identifier for the journey. This ID helps differentiate between multiple journeys, especially when similar names exist.

Use: Use this ID to trace journey configuration details or cross-reference with journey setup      data.

  • Journey Name: The name assigned to the journey during setup, often reflecting its objective (e.g., "Anniversary Campaign" or "30May").

Use: Helps identify the journey’s theme or purpose.

  • Journey Status: Indicates the current status of the journey itself, not the member’s progress.
  1. Published: Journey is live and accepting member activity.
  2. Draft: Still in creation or editing phase.
  3. Archived: Journey is no longer active.

Use: Ensures you are analyzing active journeys that are live for member participation.

  • User ID (Member ID): Displays the unique identifier (often the email address or system ID) of the member participating in the journey.

Use: Track how individual members are performing across one or more journeys.

  • User Journey Status: Shows the current stage of the member within the journey:
  1. Not Started: Member has been enrolled but has not initiated any journey steps.
  2. In Progress: Member has started but not yet completed all journey milestones.
  3. Completed: Member has successfully completed all configured journey steps.
  • User Progress: Indicates the percentage of steps completed by the member within the journey. Calculated based on the number of journey components completed.

Use: Helps prioritize support or messaging for members who are mid-way or haven’t started.

  • Journey Completion Date: The date and time when the member completed all journey steps. This is displayed in standard ISO format (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.ssssss).

Use: Track conversion or completion trends over time.
