Marigold Engage-Supported Features
The following Annex Cloud Loyalty data fields can be passed to Marigold Engage fields to track customer loyalty:

When a customer enrolls in Annex Cloud Loyalty and does not yet exist in Marigold Engage, a new customer contact is created in Marigold Engage. |
The customer must be enrolled in Annex Cloud Loyalty. The customer contact must be present in Marigold Engage. |
Passing of Customer Loyalty Data to Marigold Engage |
Customer loyalty data from Annex Cloud is passed to Marigold Engage, updating the customer contact with loyalty details. |
The customer loyalty data must be generated in Annex Cloud. The customer contact must be present in Marigold Engage. |

Date when the customer achieved their current tier |
Available Rewards |
List of rewards eligible for redemption, based on available points (for example, 15 dollars = 500 points) |
