Objective

The purpose of this document is to describe the features supported on BigCommerce using Annex Cloud’s Customer Loyalty module.

Below is the list of features supported on BigCommerce using Annex Cloud.

Loyalty

Reward info and claim earned reward Under the Manage rewards tab, a user should be able to see the list of earned rewards. A user should be able to claim the reward by clicking the claim button in front of a specific reward.

Ability to check potential points/cart calculations On the product page, a user can see the loyalty points he will earn after purchasing that product. The loyalty program should be activated for the particular product. NA NA
Get a list of actions and points earned

When the user clicks on the Action tab of the Loyalty dashboard, the user will see the list of all Loyalty actions performed by him.

Users can also see the loyalty points earned (in front of a specific action), by performing those actions.

The user also gets the date on which action has been performed by him.
