Loyalty

Our Loyalty API revolutionizes customer engagement by enabling seamless integration of loyalty programs into your applications, websites, and platforms.

Refer a Friend

Referral Marketing creates a channel for your customers to share your brand with their friends and family. Use our Refer a Friend API for to facilitate referrals and offer rewards.

Incentive Engine

The Incentive Engine helps create rewards that can be used as marketing incentives by businesses either within loyalty programs or without loyalty programs. The benefits of these types of incentives could include a certain percentage off on the purchase or a specific amount discount. Annex Cloud’s Incentive Engine offers two types of redemptions - full and partial.

Privacy Policy Management

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) define that consumers/data subjects have the right to view, update, extract and delete data that controllers and businesses have saved on them. When a consumer/data subject exercises their rights, they create a data request. Use these APIs to update site and user details.

Multi-Point Bucket

Multi-Point Bucket gives you the ability to set multiple point buckets for actions, rewards, and tiers. Customers can earn multiple point entities’ upon performing and action.

Registration as a Service

Login credentials are a necessary component of Customer Loyalty and native identity services makes adding login easy. Add full Registration as a Service to your site or enhance your existing registration process with Social Login or Single Sign-On.

You can create, update, and fetch an internal user's information, as well as create the JWT token using the Tenant API.
