Summary
- Blocklist gives administrators the ability to restrict loyalty members from earning/redeeming points through Annex Cloud’s Customer Loyalty Program.
- If a loyalty member or a group of loyalty members violates the terms and conditions of the loyalty program, it may be necessary to restrict such members participation.

Capabilities
Using Blocklist settings, administrators can view, create, and manage block-listed entities.

- List By User/List By Domain: View a list of existing block-listed members existing block-listed domains.
- Add New Blocklist User: Administrators can add loyalty members to the blocklist.
- Add New Blocklist Domain: Administrators can add domains to the blocklist.
- Bulk Upload: Administrators can upload multiple member records for block-listing.
- Bulk Upload Report: View the status of the file uploaded through Bulk Upload for block-listing
- Search: View the list of existing block-listed members/domains that are retrieved based on search criteria. If no search criteria are entered, all existing block-listed members/domains in the system are retrieved and displayed on the screen.
- Export: Export a list of blocked members/domains in Excel or CSV format.
- Delete: Remove existing records of block-listed members/domains.
Fields and Description:

| User Primary ID |
This field displays the primary user ID of members. This field is applicable only for ‘List By User’. |
| Domain |
This field displays the domain name. This field is applicable only for ‘List By Domain’. |
| This field displays the email ID of the administrator who block listed the member or domain. | |
| Delete | This field removes the existing block-listed member or domain. |
Managing Member Data
Block-Listing Individual Member
- Click Add New Blocklist User. A pop-up window will appear on the screen to add a new member to the blocklist.
- Enter the email ID of the member in the given text box and click Save.
Note: System will validate the availability of the Primary User ID entered. It allows only available member IDs to be block listed.

Block Listing Domains
This functionality enables the option to block an entire domain and all associated members with that particular domain from participating in the loyalty program.
- Click Add New Blocklist Domain. A pop-up window will appear on the screen to add a domain name to the blocklist.
- Enter the domain name in the given text box and click Save. The entered domain name will be added to the blocklist.
Note: This feature can be used only if the email address is the primary ID of the member registered for the loyalty program.

Bulk Uploads
Administrators can upload a list of members at once using an Excel file.
Click Bulk Upload. A popup will appear with additional options as shown in the screenshot below.

Options presented in the Bulk Upload popup:
- Download Sample File: The administrator can download the template file in an Excel format. This template can be used to upload the list of members to be block listed.
- File: Click Select File to upload the Excel file filled with a list of UIDs of the members to be block-listed.
- Email Address: Enter a valid email address for the administrator. The system will send a notification email to this ID once the uploaded file is processed.
Bulk Upload Report
This functionality enables the administrator to view the process status of the Excel files uploaded through Bulk Upload within a date range specified in the search criteria.
Click Bulk Upload Report, and the administrator will be directed to the Blocklist User Bulk Upload Report page.

| Search | View a file upload activity list within the specified date range that was completed through Bulk Upload. |
| Date | This field displays the date the Bulk Upload action was performed. |
| This field displays the email ID of the administrator that performed the Bulk Upload. | |
| Filename | This field displays the Bulk Upload filename. |
| Process Status |
This field displays the status of the file uploaded. The different status are: File Uploaded - This status will display as soon as the administrator uploads the file. Process Completed - This status will display after successful validation of the member UIDs mentioned in the uploaded file for block listing. Process Failed - Process failure status will be displayed here. |
Delete Block Listed Members
Administrators can remove existing records of block-listed members/domains.
- Click the Delete icon. A popup will appear to confirm the delete action.
- Click Delete on the popup to complete the deletion of the member/domain from the blocklist.
