Summary

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) define that consumer/data subjects have the right to view, update, extract, and delete the data that controllers and businesses have saved on them.

General Data Protection Regulation is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information from individuals who live in the European Union (EU).

The California Consumer Privacy Act gives consumers more control over the personal information that businesses collect about them and the CCPA regulations provide guidance on how to implement the law.

Capabilities

  • In privacy policy management, if clients have multiple sites, then an AC admin can group these sites.
  • In this group, one site is a compulsory primary site and another one is a secondary site.
  • When the sites are linked to the super admin, the same will be visible in the site admin.
  • Only the Primary site admin can make the changes to the group.
  • Other sites user admins can only view the settings that appear.
