Custom IDs for Actions

Changes have been made to the visibility of Custom IDs for all Actions.

  • Custom IDs appear in the system when the Enable CustomID to Interaction Report & Activity API flag is enabled by an administrator in the Super Admin tool.
  • Custom IDs now apply to both debit and credit actions. Previously, custom IDs were only applied to credit actions.
  • Custom IDs appear in the All Interaction Report, Activity API, and Points API when the flag is enabled.
This functionality enables organizations to differentiate member's transaction records effectively.

All Interaction and Reward Reports

We have introduced a new feature that enables members to control the visibility of action attributes in the All Interaction and Reward reports.

  • This feature adds a flag called "Visible in Report" to the action attribute page, allowing members to enable or disable the attribute's appearance in the reports.
  • Please note that the action attributes will always be visible in the All Interaction and Reward report export file, regardless of whether they are visible or not in the reports.
More visibility into the actions list on the All Interaction and Reward reports provides a more accurate list of which actions are used and how they're being used in a site. 

Points API

Active Member Points Transfer

Changes have been made to the loyalty points API to allow the donation of points between active members or a charity account.

  • Allows the transfer of points between two member accounts through the loyalty points API, enabling customers to create user experiences to transfer points.
  • Customers can also donate their points to charity accounts.
  • Annex Cloud stores the necessary details of the transfers, such as sender and recipient details. These activities are available via activity API and interaction report export.
Introducing custom actions or Action ID 176 for point transfers and donations expands the range of options available to members for managing their points.
